Bei der Ankunft war die Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war voll mit Ameisen und Ungeziefern. Als ich danach in die Rezeption ging, wollte ich ein anderes Zimmer, nur leider war niemand mehr da. Auch beim Notfalltelefon hat niemand abgehoben. Als ich am nächsten Tag auschecken wollte, war die Rezeption ebenfalls nicht besetzt. Die Dame vom Frühstück konnte mir auch nicht wirklich weiterhelfen, da Sie weder Englisch noch Deutsch verstanden hat.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, the owners and staff are wonderful people. I would happily return, but not alone, but with my whole family. I can't tell you how beautiful the surrounding area is, how healing the silence is in the hotel.

Cons:

there is no restaurant, so you won't eat in the evening, although it's not a big problem, because there is a very good restaurant nearby. They only speak Czech on the phone, which can be a problem for foreigners
