Excelente ubicación y relación precio calidad. Muy recomendable.
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, en zona muy central, turística, de facil acceso y buenos servicios alrededor. Las habitaciones son limpias y bien cuidadas, y con servicio de linpieza todos los días.

Cons:

La iluminación de la habitación era con luz blanca, lo que más parece baño o cocina y la hace poco acogedora. Además, el sensor de humo emitía un pitido permanente que se hacía desagradable.

Lugar cómodo y bien situado.
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. El barrio de Miraflores tiene conexiones hacia todos lados y lugares de interés perfectos para una visita. Restaurantes y tiendas cercanos. Susan, la persona de recepción, se comportó en todo momento como una verdadera profesional. El trato al cliente fue inmejorable.

Cons:

Hubo un cambio de habitación de última hora por algún tipo de problema en una zona del hotel. Una botella de agua mineral de cortesía en la habitación no estaría mal. Quién más y quien menos, tiene que tomar alguna pastilla... piénsenlo.

La experiencia fue excelente. Destaco especialmente la amabilidad del personal, la limpieza y la comodidad del hospedaje. La relación precio–calidad muy buena. Además, su ubicación es muy céntrica, cerca de muchos lugares de interés. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Lima, me hospedaría aquí nuevamente.

Too noisy if one desired sleep before 5am, when the bar next door closes

Comfortable modern and clean, very good breakfast.

There was a mistake with the exchange rate when I paid on arrival but the lady on reception called me over on the second day to tell me that I had paid too much and she gave me credit to use in the hotel bar or restaurant.

I thought this was very honest of her and appreciated it greatly. Would definitely recommend the hotel
