Estaba sucio debajo de las camas y no tienen nevera.
Me gustaría que limpien debajo de las camas. Y no coloquen toalla rotas.
No hay nevera. No hay variedad de desayuno.
Se disparó la alarma de incendio. No era cierto. Tuvimos que bajar once pisos por la escalera para descubrir que no era cierto. Los ascensores quedaron bloqueados toda la mañana. La señorita de recepción no fue clara con la información que ofrecía a los huespedes sobre el tiempo esperado de arreglo de los ascensores. En vez de informar que no se sabía cuando estarían listos, informaban que en un momento estarían lístos, lo que noi era correcto. Fué necesario subir y bajar las escaleras tres veces, la última vez con las maletas. Es estado de limpieza de las escaleras de emergencia era lamentable. Parece que nunca las han barrido ni limpiado.

La cama, el colchón estaba muy incómodo, pues ya estaba demasiado gastado en las puntas y se hundía , no era cómodo para dormir.
