Dirty room and ill-mannered staff. Avoid at all costs

Cons:

The property was decaying and very filthy upon arrival. I found an insect on the mattress, crumbs and tissues everywhere. Upon seeing this I requested a refund and their management kept postponing the refund, I had to go in person thrice and still got no refund. Had to go through Booking to finally get the refund sorted. Costumer service for this property was appalling and very rude. Avoid this place at all costs.

Das Hotel lag uns zu weit ab vom Zentrum. Wir würden das nächste Mal nach einem Hotel suchen, was näher am Bahnhof ist.
Pros:

Es gab gratis Getränke im Zimmer.

Cons:

Und hat nicht gefallen, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat, dass die Tapete sich von der Wand gelöst hatte, und dass der Mangel mit der Klimaanlage nicht behoben wurde. Ebenso war der Kühlschrank warm statt kalt.

if you need a tiny room that is clean in a decent location and don't mind paying a premium price
Pros:

Great location. Easy to get to and get around the city from the hotel.

Cons:

For the cost of the room, it was not at all what I expected. Nothing was wrong, per se. Finding the hotel was a bit of an issue. There are 3 or 4 hotels in the same building. Singage was a bit odd. And the whole experience felt a little odd. The room was perfectly fine. VERY small. Which is fine. It was clean. I just the the cost for what I rec'd was not equal. I think teh room should have been $70 cheaper each night.

Παρὰ πολύ ησυχία σε πολύ καλό σημείο όλα τα τραμ περνάνε από εκεί

Από τις έντεκα και μετά πρέπει να εξυπηρετηθείς από άλλη ρεσεψιόν (έχει τρία ξενοδοχεία το συγκρότημα)

Det jeg ikke kunne lide var at jeg har forsøgt at kontakte overnatningsstedet ift kompensation. Køleskabet virkede ikke, så alt det mad vi havde købt måtte smides ud. Derudover var der noget med værelset og gulvet, for der var mange steder hvor det var BRÆNDVARMT. Så måtte flytte mange af tingene konstant da de blev så varme. Det gjorde så også at værelset var ulideligt. Og der var betalt for klimaanlæg. Det hjalp så ikke, når de havde en vanvittig varme nede fra. Det må komme fra en etagen nedenunder. Der var sågar et stykke tyggegummi i loftet. Ad det virkelig også ulækkert. Og nu henvender de sig ikke mere, garanteret fordi man er færdig med sit ophold. Dårlig stil. Og har ingen kompensation fået for de mangler der har været. Det er vedr. værelse 203. Så det håber jeg ingen får.
