Pros:

Staff are nice, room is clean and spacious, free coffee at the lobby.

Cons:

We didn't put up a "clean up room" sign and yet they cleaned the room. When we got home, the toilet was clogged and I had to ask for assistance from the front desk.

Good location, but the hotel definitely does not deserve the high rating it has on booking.
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

Room is advertised as 'soundproof', but you can hear absolutely everything from other rooms and the corridor. There is no heating in the hotel and window in the room was not tight. Even when it was closed, there was a lot of cold air coming through the gaps and overall, it was very cold inside the room. We were struggling to get a good rest during the night because those issues. I talked to staff about it, but it felt like they didn't really care.

Great location and comfortable place
Pros:

The staff was really helpful and a really great location just a block away from where a lot happens but this block felt quiet. I want to note that the price for hotel was significantly cheaper on a weekday than on weekend (I am rating my weekday stay, where I was given a larger room for less $)

Cons:

Room is a bit dark and dated. The wall designs makes this place feel a bit cheap.

Great location, would stay again
Pros:

Very no frills but positive experience. Great location and wonderful staff who helped me out a lot. Although the room was smaller, I could at least place my large luggage out of the way.

Cons:

Room was pretty dark and I wouldn't have wanted to open the windows because it looked right out onto another property

住宿性价比还可以
Pros:

客服人员的亲切态度，我们五人入住4人房间，饭店允许我们自己把床拼在一起，很有弹性处理我们的要求。加一人费用300元合理，房间算干净，还有除湿机（很赞）

Cons:

1.房间有点旧
2.洗澡间的门有点坏很难推/关
3. 每间房只有一支钥匙，多人住的房间出门要协商好谁拿钥匙。
4.电梯只有一台，等用电梯运行李很慢
