Pros:

The rooms are spacious and very large. Staff friendly welcoming

Cons:

The airport pickup is shared, and we were made to wait 2 (TWO) hours for, apparently, one more guest to arrive. it's not clear why as we were more than one.

The rooms are very large, AC loud and strong, if you are usually affected by AC and switch it off.. the room has a very strong smell and congestion

Memorable surprise birthday stay for wife
Pros:

An awesome undertaking facilitated by professional staff at both the restaurant and the hotel. Teh serenade by the restaurant team while carrying the cake and presenting it to my wife was awesome. The surprise escort to the room was exquisite. We had an upgrade from a standard to an Executive room to top it up. Kudos

Clean, comfortable, great service, and good location. Really enjoyed my stat

Amazing experience! The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional, always ready to help. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the relaxing atmosphere around the pool. The location is perfect and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again!
