I was pleasantly surprised at how much consideration the Radisson had for my sister who was observing the month of Ramadan, they had a special menu for meals in the morning at 4am I've very well traveled and we have never had so much consideration before. It gave a special sense of care and meant a great deal. Staff were friendly and kind.
The food selection at the hotel restaurant was a little limited maybe some more added options to explore.

I had dinner , ordered grilled bream & nsima, took over an hour to be served .. quite disappointing
Location was great staff super polite food was great they clean your room twice a day.
They made me feel so comfortable I ended up staying longer than expected.

The Radisson is centrally located and has a warm and inviting atmosphere with tentative staff and great facilities. My check in process was flawless, the room allocated was spacious and modern. Onlooking the pool with complimentary drinks which was all fantastic.
Unfortunately after returning home i was full or red bumps in clusters consistent with bed bugs/mites. I traveled with 2 colleagues who had the same and stayed in different areas of the hotel. They need to treat their mattresses on an ongoing basis because they clearly have an issue. Sadly i wont return after this experience which is sad because everything else was really good

Radisson blu makes our visits exceptional. Services and staff are excellent. There's room for improvement with chuma lady service. She never smiles or greets.

The bed and the pool was dirty
Hosted a birthday for my new fiancée there and I think we may have found our new favorite spot. It was lovely and the staff is so friendly.
