Cons:

The hotel send me an offer to upgrade to superior room with breakfast for additional USD 10. I had opted for it and got a confirmation email. However this was not made available to me upon arrival. They never got back to me or sent a apology mail with an explanation. A small email with reasons would have been better.

place to be - spacious rooms, clean and staff friendly and helpful, the hotel easy to find and accessible, will always consider them when I am in Lusaka, the food excellent as well variety to select from

Cons:

The fact that there were no tissues in my room and i called the reception three times and they kept on being on their way and after 40 minutes i had to walk to the reception to request for some tissue, they also forgot to have cups in the room and upon asking the answers sounded like excuses

Only the bed and bedding

Cons:

Credit card machines have to tap 3 times just for one night stay, can’t emagine more. Nights it only takes 1500 at a time, far too expensive for what you get, then breakfast costs even more on top of that. Bad wifi, could not even get a coffee in morning you have to pay, there was a card in the room for someone else 🤷🏼‍♂️ all over it was over priced and left a bad taste in the mouth , 75 for a coke it does not cost that in New York.

Rooms ok but that’s it
Pros:

Very central location, ideal for moving around in Lusaka. Rooms somewhat outdated but kept immaculate by housekeeping.
Pool(bar) not very appealing.
Restaurant / bar is not the place to be.

Great room , and location .
Pros:

Executive room was nice - didn’t like the flights of stairs - as I have a painful ankle aggravated by my Flight

Cons:

The short flights of stairs to my room weee u comfortable as I have an ankle issue usually aggravated by long flights
Efforts should be made to answer phone calls to the reception - I had my calls to reception (9) cut off five times before eventually being picked up by a frosty receptionist.

The room was good but our bathroom had a funny un pleasant smell from I think the manhole…Needs to be checked and also some bad order outside would occasionally come in late evening…

The sewage system needs to be checked.
