We liked everything. Exceptional customer service from Mr Kelvin 🤗🥰 amazing from day one. Ms Lwembe our GM thank you so much 😊 such an amazing woman. The restaurant team Francis, David& Joyster lovey hospitality 🤗🤗🤗

Our room service complementary biscuits and chocolate muffin treat…the bar fridge with cold drinks and chocolates 🍫… the room was beautiful 🤩 The event team that made it possible for us to host our conference - we are thankful 😌 🥰🙌

We will be back and this will be the only hotel we sleep in anytime we touchdown Lusaka 💚💚💚
