Bra hotell, synd på renoveringen

Personalen, rummet

Cons:

Det började borras i rummet ovanför oss kl 06.00!!!! Vi har semester och vi vaknar av ljudet av en byggarbetsplats. Detta var inget som hotellet i sig kunde rå för och personalen var jättefina och försökte kompensera. Men helt oacceptabelt ändå

Ingenting varken service eller personalen var hållbart inne i rummet var duschen jätte smutsig!

Cons:

Personalen var inte trevliga alls, man utsatt för främmande människor som knackar på dörren kl 05.00 för sedan vi bad den gå ut! Men den lyssna inte alls! Det slutade med min flickvän fick slåss med henne för hon skulle lämna rummet både jag och min tjej fick ta tag i henne för att få ut henne! I samband med denna händelse skadades min flickvän sin vänstra hand! Vi berätta detta för personalen och dom hänvisar vi ska det med booking för eventuella kostnads frågor! Än idag har vi varken fått några pengar tillbaka eller svar ifrån booking! Vi besökte ytterligare samma hotell igår kl 14.00 Hotell Inn men dom hänvisa till booking varken chefen ifrån hotellet ville ge oss ett rum för när personalen kontakta sin chef svarar hon oj tyvärr
är allt bokat och vi såg online de fanns minst 5 platser kvar!!!
