Lovely Experience!
Pros:

We ended up staying here for a week. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations in Miraflores. It's very conveniently located, just a sort walk to restaurants and shopping and a very safe location.

The rooms are immaculate, very clean and came with everything we needed. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi's were our favourite thing about the hotel, there is a gorgeous sunset that can be seen from the rooftop and its so relaxing to watch the sunset from the jacuzzi. We also loved the rooftop bar and had some incredible cocktails made by Yvan. Thank you Yvan for the great drinks and service!!

All the staff were great. We had executive lounge passes and Brenda always remembered us when we walked in and would set up our favourite table! We also received some really great help from Ytala at the front desk and Mario from the lounge.

Our only constructive critism is that the hotel restaurant, bar and executive lounge had very minimal for vegans. The only option at the bar or restaurant is french fries. Some more vegan choices would be much appreciated.

Exceeded our expectations
Pros:

Excellent service, very comfortable rooms, awesome rooftop area with pool and bar, free parking in underground parking area, awesome and safe location with the ability to walk everywhere in Miraflores.

Cons:

The one critique is that the hotel infuses a scent everywhere - this is very problematic for people like me with asthma. For this reason alone, I will not stay at this hotel again, but I will be happy to recommend it to others.

Great visit.
Pros:

Excellent visit. We loved the pool area, the executive lounge and the breakfasts were really good. We were here for 5 nights and really enjoyed our visit. The area of Miraflores is lovely and chilled.

Un lugar que me hizo sentir relajada y pensar en darme un gusto así 1 vez por mes. 😇

Me gustó varios servicios, Las piscina temperada, la ubicación, la comida, la atención.

Cons:

En la mañana, En la zona de piscinas pasean una aves que parecían gallinazos y caminan al borde de la piscina, me dio un poco de temor y asco pensar que pueden contaminar el agua.
