Shame for the Condrad and Hilton name
Pros:

That it’s a Hilton property and the bed and pillows were super comfortable.

Cons:

A shame for the condrad name. The worst Hilton I have stayed in. Should be renamed Hilton Garden Inn (NOT condrad or a normal Hilton). The rooms are old and the Toilets are TERRIBLE. Old tiles that are broken in the shower cubicle area too. Only 2 restaurants.

Hotel is ok, the staff not much

The property is good

Cons:

The spa price is higher than the stay. The spa stuff doesn’t speak English well, there was a misunderstanding. We complain to the spa and nothing. We talked with the reception manager and he didn’t give us attention at all

Very nice hotel all around . Excellent value and friendly staff .. nice park opposite hotel
