Hotel Gentalion

I chose the hotel because it is conveniently located close to Belorussky Station and the airport train to Sheremetyevo Airport. If you do not stay at the airport, this is probably closed you can get still being in the city. Next to Tverskaya Street and close to subway. The hotel is more of three stars than four. Clean, comfortable, very polite receptionist. The room had a reasonably priced minibar.

Nice hotel, but need much more care. Air-condition did not work properly and drain in the bathroom did not work at all.
I did not use the restaurant, so I cannot to say anything about it. Wifi works well and the location of the hotel is more than convenient.
Ladies at the front desk were very helpful.

Район-Тверской! Заселили быстро, номер большой, с двумя большими удобными кроватями, но не хватало розеток около кроватей. Хотелось, чтобы бассейн для проживающих был бесплатным. Были "напряги" с горячей водой, но все устранили.

overall a good stay, but the pool is for free only for 2h per day, all other time it needs to be paid, aircon partly reliable, very good location in city center, close to different subway stations, shopping and restaurants, train to airport sheremetyevo is 5-7 min walk away, recommend and would probably stay again

Friendly staff. We were able to switch the room to the quieter side of the building with additional fees. Walking distance to belarusskaya subway station.

The best thing with the hotel is its personell. Very kind and helpfull. The beds are good, my sleep was mostly good. The location is a backstreet of Tverskaya, close to Belorusskaya station. There are a few bars nearby if you need them at night.
The internet was spotty, half the time was not accessible. Air conditioning was not really working. The breakfast was filling but half of it did not look fresh.
Overall, I think I had a good deal.

The climaticsystem was broken, good breakfast. The spa was expensive.

シェレメチェボ空港へのアエロエクスプレスの駅へ歩いて5分程度でした。部屋は広く清潔で、バスタブもついていたのでゆったりと過ごせました。
朝早くの出発でしたので、朝食を食べられなったのが残念です。
中心地で便も良い割に宿泊料は手ごろでした。

Хороший отель с отзывчивым персоналом отличным завтраком и чудесным месторождением. Есть бассейн, сауна платная!

Fint hotell med en plassering nær metro og flytoget. Enkelt å finne frem, enten en går eller tar metro fra sentrum. Hyggelig og engelsktalende betjening.

Location is convenient, staff are friendly but communication (in English) was difficult. The bed matrices are not the best (relatively old). Generally, I would repeat my visit to this hotel (in terms of quality vs cost)

Very good location. Railroad and two major subway stops are 7- 13 minutes away. A lot of places to eat around. Rooms are big. Furniture is nice. Windows open. From the previous reviews I have read that they have some guests, that break the rules and smoke in the rooms. That's true, happened during our stay. Our room didn't smell, we just had the smell come to our room, from time to time, one day of our stay. But I've also read that the breakfast is poor and it's not like that anymore. They have a very nice selection of breakfast and lunch items for breakfast. The staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. We had some problems with internet connection, but it was fixed during our stay. Being busy, we didn't get to see the spa or the pool.
Hotel is in the walking distance of Red Square.

If you have to do a short trip to Moscow for business, this is the best choice. The hotel location is just about 7-10 min. walk from the Sheremetievo airport's "AEROEXPRESS" train at the "BELORUSSKIY VOKZAL" railway and subway station towards the Kremlin - so that you don't need a taxi which is the main source of trouble for travellers, given the enormous traffic jam almost everywhere is the city.
The hotel has beatiful and clean rooms of good size, nice swimming pool and a sauna to relax after a stressful day.
The breakfast is included in the room's price and we really enjoyed it! Wi-fi is included too.
That is all you need in Moscow.

Good hotel. Overall I liked my stay. Nice enough staff, decent & clean facilities, good noise isolation, decent breakfast, quick service, free newspapers & excellent location (10 min to two subway stations, about 20-25 min to Kremlin along one of the major streets (Tverskaya) with boutiques and shops), 24-hour grocery store around a corner, nice restaurants as well as fast food joints within 15 min walk. Considering all of the above and its location and the fact that it is Moscow - very good ratio of price/quality.
The only thing that needs to be paid attention to is the complimentary Wi-Fi which is not hotels but is of one major mobile operators and it needs to be refereshed every half-hour or so, which quite annoying and disturbing

Felt like staying in a palace!
