Tolle Lage, hoher Komfort und zugänglich für alle Menschen
Pros:

Die Lage zum Ossiacher See war perfekt. Alles war gut erreichbar und die Klimaanlage hat bei der Sommerhitze wertvolle Dienste erwiesen.
Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Betten bequem und die Lage trotz Hauptstraße sehr ruhig. Mich hat auch überrascht, wie konsequent das Thema Inklusion in dem Hotel gelebt wurde. Alles ist auf Menschen mit Einschränkungen ausgelegt. Respekt, das machen nur wenige Hotels.
Frühstück ließ auch keine Wünsche offen und das Restaurant hat auch Spitzenqualität geliefert.
Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit sehr hilfsbereit. Fast vergessen: E-Auto aufladen ohne Gebühren – ein Traum :-)

Stanza pulita e abbastanza grande. Colazione nella media, ma buona.

Cons:

Bagni per disabili in tutte le stanze. Prezzo eccessivo per struttura, servizi e location del hotel.
