Cons:

The bathroom was dirty...looked like pubes on the counter and the bathroom door had to be slammed shut something was not aligned properly. Also when booked with booking.com I was told breakfast was included it was not. Was also told it had room service but it was not available they said. The pool water was freezing. I assumed the kiddie pool would at least be warm for the little one but somehow was even colder then the main pool

Cons:

Check in was at 4, we had to wait until 4:45 to get our room. Staff was very nice and apologized several times, not a huge issue just inconvenient
