How far the location was from nearest malls and stores/ how far my room was from the lobby / i was literally like one of the very last rooms wayyyyy down the hall, and the pool was impossible to find a door to get into there needs to be more signage.

Cons:

Front desk manager scolding staff in front to people checking in, she was very nice to us but clearly frustrated with staff member. This was also noted on check out with different member of staff scolding another employee.

Also a minor detail...there was only 1 regular coffee in the room

Won’t go there again
Pros:

The room was good. One check-in woman was rude. The meal in dinning room was horrible. My wife could eat hers I struggled through mine. Called for manager got one refund.

Cons:

Why do these surveys nothing ever comes of them. I’m very annoyed!
