I was a King but I was stuck in a sardine can
Pros:

The swimming pool. Prices of the food was also reasonable

Cons:

King Suite wasn’t a suite. Our room was so small. The hallways were very loud during the night can hear footsteps in the room. Housekeeping didn’t sweep the floor in our room. It was so far from everything.

Clean but cold!!
Pros:

The room was clean and fresh

Cons:

No heating being previously put on considering the outside temperature
...was really cold in the room
I also didn't like how the receptionist conducted her business, granted she had a difficult customer on the phone, but she didnt acknowledge us, or apologise for the wait, she was too busy talking to her colleague about not wanting to be there and was on a thin line with her manager as she was late again that day for her shift

Cons:

No receptionist for 10 min upon arrival. Slow evening.
No security after 2 am. At 3 we were woken up by loud angry voices.from 201. We were in 206/ and 203 That lasted till 5 am. I reported a disturbance at 4:30am a phone rang between 4:30 and 5 am when the screaming crying stopped. Inalmost xalled 911. Indidnt feel safe

Overall excellent experience. Will stay there again
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. Parking lot big enough to take my truck and trailer with no problems. Loved the room and the hot water for my shower.

Cons:

There was nothing in the room that told about available services like hours of restaurant and how to get on the free wifi. Or how to work the tv. There should be something printed on a paper that covers this for those of us that are not tech savvy.

My family will definitely return to this establishment in the future.
Pros:

The pool was the selling point, my kids are so tired after 3 days. Lots of amenities all in one location.

Cons:

When they closed the pool for maintenance it meant the gym was also inaccessible, disappointing.

Pros:

The location worked well for me. Close to shopping areas. The bed and pillows were very comfortable affording a great nice sleep.

Cons:

I couldn’t locate a hairdryer in the bathroom

Good staff, good restaurant
Pros:

The front desk staff was very friendly and maybe a bit over the top but that's better than the other way. Nice to have a good restaurant on site as you are quite aways away from walking to a restaurant.

Cons:

Maybe the location but I knew what I was getting into when I booked it.
