השיחה הראשונה שהייתי צריכה עזרה הייתה לא נעימה בכלל אני חייבת לציין את שמה יאנה.עיקבה אותנו מחוסר ידע אף פעם לא קרה לנו דבר כזה
התנהגות מתנסת ולא מקצועית אחריי עיכוב ארוך כשעה בקשנו שתבקש עזרה
והתגובה הייתה היתעלמות

v celku hezký pobyt, ale prostor pro vylepšení úklidu byl
Pros:

pěkný hotel z prvorepublikového prostředí, pěkná restaurace, klid v hotelu i v lokalitě, příjemný personál, prostorné apartmá, příjemné snídaně, parkování na přímo u hotelu bez potíží (přijeli jsme v pátek v 17:45)

Cons:

trošku vylepšit úklid - občas pavučina (u dveří na balkón), prach na lustru nad postelí, chuchvalce vlasů po obvodech stěn, zašlé kachličky v koupelně od vodního kamene, prasklé prkénko wc - nic super-dramatického, chápu, že toho pokojské mají hodně... ale trošku to snížilo celkový dojem.

Super Hotel mit großbürgerlichem Flair aus der Erbauungszeit 1903, gediegen, großes Zimmer mit Wohnzimmer, gepflegt, auch für längeren Aufenthalt. Zentrumsnah und viel Gastronomie im Hotel und in der historischen Altstadt. Gern wieder!

Pros:

Hotel je v dobré lokalitě, ohledně výletu po Českém ráji.

Cons:

Na pokoji č.21, kde jsme byli ubytováni, je prasklý sprchový kout a v rohu před ním byla plíseň. Fén umístění v koupelně je spíše dekorace, která nefunguje, po zapnutí jen chrčí. Postel je sice dost veliká, ale rošty se propadají do prostřed postele.
