El hotel es grande y muy bonito. Tiene muchas actividades y áreas comunes para pasar el día. Es muy fácil el transporte ya que queda sobre la carretera. Todo el personal fue muy atento y amable. Las habitaciones bonitas, cómodas y con una terraza/balcón para pasar el rato.
La habitación era grande y el personal amable
Una habitación olía muy mal a cañería, se nota que ya lo sabían por qué trataron de solventarlo con incienso, se informó y nos cambiaron sin problema
La comida muy limitada no se permitía repetir un menú de regular calidad, pocas opciones y ni hablar si alguien es celíaco, todo es past, sopas con pasta o pan, los desayunos me parecieron mejor
La comida es buena en relación con el precio, las zonas comunes son agradables
Las habitaciones requieren remodelación de pisos y otras mejoras, al igual que el Aire acondicionado
Deben mejorar la limpieza de la piscina
Me gustó que dieron uvas en la cena del 24 de diciembre
La piscinas estaban muy sucias y estuve 4 días y me fuí y seguían igual en cuanto a la comida del restaurante pues normal es decir la comida no es de un chef es más bien de una cocinero tradicional que te da pasta acompañada de pollo y si no pues te da arroz con carne y papá y de postre una gelatina osea no esperes platos de alta cocina

Que no hay wifi en habitaciones y en las zonas comunes no entra. No hay agua caliente
La atención del personal en general es muy buena, vamos una vez al año por lo menos.
Las instalaciones cada día están más descuidadas, necesita mayor atención al mantenimiento general de las instalaciones.
Habitación aseada. Mal servicio de restaurante, solo un tipo de huevo para el desayuno. Demasiada afluencia de personas y largas filas para tomar alimentos y disfrutar de servicios básicos como la piscina
Not up to any standard in US. Old tired rooms. Im on social security and Im younger than the decrepit air conditioned unit. No (as in none) hot water. Furniture is second hand. Free watered down no name liquor for a few hours at the pool. Free dinner and breakfast offered but not worth the trip.
It’s old and it shows, breakfast options were scarce
The staff was generally very friendly, however, in order to sell a kind of membership, they constantly harass you insisting that you take 30 minutes of your time and in many cases manage to make people waste their rest time. Additionally, on the last day of the trip, it rained heavily and the lack of a DRP was evident because the water went out and there was no option for showers, even though the weather exceeded 30 degrees Celsius. It is necessary for a resort to have a contingency plan for cases where there are water or electricity cuts because these incidents can significantly impact the quality of the guests' experience and their overall satisfaction with the resort.
Nice place, nice people, lousy maintenance. No hot water, shower head spits water all over the bathroom, bathroom metal shelves totally rusted. I don't know how many stars they say they have but I would not give them more than two. And I could go on and on
La verdad mas o menos el servicio comida y demás áreas no muy cuidadas
Muy mala experiencia, la habitacion en malas condiciones, tanto la puerta de la habitacion como la puerta del baño no servian. Limpieza regular. Bufet muy malo.
El Costo es demasiado alto para el servicio y la calidad de la comida que ofrecen, así mismo, la atención al cliente es terrible solo les interesa vender y una vez uno paga ya no les importa los comentarios o solicitudes que uno tenga.

Llegamos a una habitación con el aire acondicionado dañado y les tocó cambiarnos. Ambas habitaciones necesitan buena limpieza, cambio en los pisos ya que todas las baldosas estan rotas y se mueven, una mesa de noche adicional y por lo menos bebidas en el mini bar.
