Pros:

Ontbijt en diner waren zeer verzorgd en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Wat wij als storend hebben ervaren was de muziek die aanstond tijdens ontbijt en diner. Een soort van techno muziek. ( daar moet je maar net van houden) Het was echt aanwezig een aantal keren gevraagd of het zachter mocht. Dit deden ze dan wel maar minimaal.

Ski-group from Iceland
Pros:

We were a large group of couples traveling from Iceland – a total of 26 people – and stayed for 5 nights. All communication with the hotel, before, during, and even after our stay, was exemplary. The staff in every role showed outstanding service-mindedness and were ready to assist our group with anything we asked for.
The breakfast was excellent, as was the five‑course dinner served each evening. The spa facilities were fantastic, and the shuttle service to the Ischgl area was also great.
A special thank you to Antonio and Oscar, who were wonderful hosts in every way. We can recommend this hotel 100% and will definitely return. All the staff and the service deserve a solid 10.5 out of 10.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel Zhero. Everything from the atmosphere to the service exceeded our expectations. A special thanks to Oscar and the entire staff — everyone was incredibly attentive, professional, and welcoming, which made our stay feel extra special.
Bravo to the chef — the food was so good that we almost didn’t go out to eat elsewhere. Every meal was outstanding. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

Cons:

The only small downside was that the free parking is a bit far from the hotel, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience.
