I think its an excellent hotel.
Pros:

It’s located between Kappl and Ischgl and they have the free shuttles to all lifts and back. The ski shop is inside the hotel. There is very big spa downstairs as well. Rooms are stylish and comfy. Breakfast is very good.

Amazing!
Pros:

Zhero hotel in Kappl is a stylish retreat. The spa with its fireplace is a highlight, food is exceptional, and staff are warm. The dark, moody vibe with house music is a perfect fit. Great choice for relaxation and good vibes 😊.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker.
Auch der Spa-Bereich hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Das Personal war wirklich aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Lage ist nicht optimal, wird aber durch den Shuttle-Service kompensiert.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist extrem dunkel. Das Design-Konzept scheint zu sein, Tageslicht möglichst fern zu halten und eher gedämpfte Lichtquellen einzusetzen. Zudem war im Spa-Bereich während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes das Licht in der Damentoilette kaputt. Ein Buch, das ich versehentlich liegen gelassen habe, ist nicht wieder aufgetaucht.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - für ein 4 Sterne Hotel dürften Kleinigkeiten besser sein,
Pros:

Toller Empfang, Frühstück war sehr gut und hatte für alle etwas. Abendessen à la Carte war lecker, preislich sicher genug hoch, aber eben sehr fein. Zimmergrösse und Einrichtung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sauna und Wellnessbereich sehr schön

Cons:

Im Bad fehlt ganz klar eine Lüftung. Schade auch, dass die Vorhänge nicht auf die richtige Länge gekürzt wurden und die Zimmertemperatur viel zu hoch war, obwohl wir das nach unten reguliert hatten. Vom Personal konnten einige kaum deutsch - schade wenn ich in Oesterreich mein Essen auf Englisch bestellen muss.

Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Zhero Hotel Ischgl/Kappl und können es jedem nur wärmstens empfehlen! Von der ersten Sekunde an fühlt man sich hier wie ein VIP.
Was uns besonders begeistert hat:
* Super netter Service: Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Man merkt, dass hier Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns quasi von den Augen abgelesen. 😊
* Tolle Suite: Unsere Suite war einfach der Wahnsinn! Design auf höchstem Niveau, extrem gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ein perfekter Rückzugsort nach einem Tag auf der Piste. 🛌✨
* Exzellenter Shuttle-Service: Ein riesiges Plus! Der Shuttle funktioniert absolut reibungslos, ist extrem pünktlich und bringt einen super entspannt direkt nach Ischgl. Man kann das Auto getrost stehen lassen. 🚐💨
Fazit: Wer Luxus, Design und einen persönlichen Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Danke an das gesamte Team für diese tolle Zeit! 🙌
