Casa Florida is in opbouw. Volgens mij heeft de huidige eigenaresse het overgenomen van Indiërs die er een zootje van hebben gemaakt, dus tijdens ons verblijf waren er veel bouwvakkers bezig aan het restaureren van bestaande kamers. Hadden hiet niet veel last van omdat wij in een nieuwer gedeelte lagen. Ontbijt was redelijk, maar werd niet echt goed aangevuld. Kanthe(e)?, de eigenaresse is een heerlijk mens, die je iedere dag met een glimlach laat beginnen.
Zwembad is prima voor een verfissende duik en op 300 meter ligt een supermarkt waar je alles kunt krijgen.
Op loopafstand (ca. 800 meter), ligt het stadje Pereybere, waar je heerlijk kunt eten en waar een mooi wit strandje is.

Cons:

* Housekeeping staat voor je deur te dralen totdat ze naar binnen kunnen. Best vervelend om 09:30.
* Snackbar/keuken en bar is tussen de middag (14:00 - 17:00) gesloten, terwijl je dan net trek hebt. Is prima als je het weet, maar het staat nergens vermeld.

Gerne wieder - es war diesmal wieder phantastisch
Pros:

Gemischtes Publikum, viele einheimische Gruppen - von großen bis kleinen Gästen , lebhaftes Treiben - zuvorkommendes Personal - hilfsbereit und liebevoll - große Poollandschaft- nette Casa-Bar angrenzend am Pool (mit gemischtem Programm)
Hotel liegt fußläufig an vielen tollen Stränden (Pont d'Azur Dr /Pereybere public beach etc.) und vielen netten, guten Restaurants. Eigener Parkplatz möglich -
Guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge - insbesondere mit den großen Katamaranen in die nordwestliche Inselwelt, gleichfalls mit dem PKW an die herrliche Ostküste

Cons:

Es ist immer eine Frage des Anspruchdenkens, aber "uns hat einfach gut gefallen und wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben" -
es ist kein "first Class Hotel" eher ein Familienhotel --- und das spührt man (positiv)

Bel emplacement, tout à proximité de l'établissement ( commerce, plage, restaurants..), parking et jardin bien arboré et plusieurs types de piscine en fonction des âges

Cons:

Établissement trop bruyant du fait des vacances scolaires dans l'île, nous avons dû demander à changer de chambre et la responsable Kantee a été très réactive et bienveillante en nous proposant une autre chambre éloignée de ces familles trop permissives, bravo à son professionnalisme

This hotel is perfect quality/price, the staff were amazing! Especially Serge and Kantee. Super helpful, friendly, and positive. There’s always something happening at night, karaoke, salsa night, live music, so there’s no need to go out at night, the nights are always lively here. The rooms are better than the pictures. super clean, well renovated. The whole hotel looks better than the pictures. Probably the marketing team should work on showing that more. There’s so many good restaurants next to the hotel, at a walking distance, and a supermarket. Annnd the cutest public beach at 7 mins walk
