We spent two weeks in Zsnibar Bay Resort. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the hotel fa ilities were excellent. In the restaurant Happy Hostess was excellent, and could not have been more helpful and friendly. The food selection was great and we had an amazing stay.

Beautiful ,peaceful and great resort.Friendly and welcoming staff especially the guest relations manager Gawie .He always ensured that we were comfortable.He is very friendly and accommodating.Will definitely visit again.Highly recommended resort .❤️💯

The resort is really beautiful. Very nice big rooms and good water pressure in the shower. The pools are also amazing. The staff is (mostly) really nice.

We had an amazing time. The only complaint is the food at the resort. Mostly at the foodspot where breakfast is also served. They could invest more in the quality of the food.

For the best food experience, visit Namaste! We had the best experience at Namaste (The Indian restaurant). This was all because of Mussa. He was so nice and helpful and also paid attention really well to the allergies of my company and even let the chef make a butter chicken without nuts the next time we came. Really made the experience all the better!

A beautiful resort with everything you need. If you want to have a nice time during dinne, go to Namaste (the Indian restaurant) and let Mussa serve you! He is really kind and really good.

In my opinion the other restaurants are not really good. So for the best food you need to go to Namaste. Don’t go to the main big restaurant. The food there is not really tastfull. The Thai restaurant is okayish.

A beautiful place surrounded by heartwarming people. We were so incredibly thankful for the hospitality, the amazing services and the lovely people we met during our stay. This was more than just a holiday to us - it became a place where we made lots of memories and friends along the way. The location was perfect, not too busy, a beautiful view and the animation programs were also incredible. The restaurant food was good with regular menu changes every day. We were always welcomed with love by the lovely staff: Gladness, Miriam and Nathaneal - they regularly checked in with us if everything's good and offered help. They're so sweet and we want to thank them especially, so much for our amazing time here. We are already thinking about our return in the near future, because nothing could take these moments away from us. Asante sana. 🤍

Having visited Zanzibar multiple times, we found this hotel to be particularly outstanding. The grounds were gorgeous, featuring beautifully maintained gardens, and our room was both spacious and impeccably clean. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food at the restaurant, all the local dishes and plenty of tropical fruits.

The staff was absolutely amazing, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. Gladys, in particular, was truly remarkable; her kindness, helpfulness, and consistently warm smile made a lasting impression.

Although the beach itself was not the most picturesque, the Jetty Bar and surrounding lounges more than made up for this drawback. They were never crowded and always offered a peaceful place to relax.

If I need to make some remark, that were the people who were sometime annoying, as it was All-in, some drank polish people were making noise till late hours and that can be bothering if you sleep light.

This review could easily have been 3 stars. The staff are fantastic! But the problem is the all inclusive. The food is ok and varied so you will always find something. The problem is the drinks!! The management must have either never tasted the drinks or do not care. Starting at breakfast the coffee just doesn't taste of coffee, Tanzania produce some lovely coffee so why not serve it? The wine is frankly undrinkable. South Africa makes some fantastic, reasonably priced wines, so why not serve them? The boxed wine is really poor. Then there is the lager. Tasmania produces some great lagers, Safari, Kilimanjaro, etc, but they choose to serve a pilsner which is at best described as sour! Up your game please it could so easily be 5 stars. Remember this holiday cost us 4K each so second best was not good enough

Cleanliness and organized, very nice meals, Maasai entertainments. Good security and excellent management. Honestly, I will give a thousand thumbs up to the management of Paradise beach resort for doing great jobs over there and if I come back again, I would choose paradise again.

The stuff is great and always eager to give you a great experience. Clean rooms. We had a bad experience with a Tourguide but the Hotel made up for it with another free Tour so we could enjoy what we previously missed in Stonetown. The food is nice and there's a lot of variety. The only bad thing but still an important one is the beach. That's a scam. It looks nothing like the photos from the webpage. It's full of rocks and rotting seegras. Flood is during nighttime but during day not enjoyable at all. If you want to enjoy a nice beach you are forced to book a tour.
