Linens are also changed once a week. Towels are changed after 3 days.

Guests will receive 1 welcome package upon arrival. This includes a dishcloth, dish towel, detergent, one dishwasher tablet, amenities and toilet paper. Please note that this will only be provided once.

We were pleased with our stay. It’s a bit out of the city but right by the train.

An excellent place to stay with a wonderful and very friendly staff.
Pros:

We had a great stay. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Sloterdijk Station, making it very easy to get around Amsterdam. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. There is also a well-stocked Jumbo supermarket nearby with reasonable prices, which was very convenient during our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

I have nothing negative to say. Everything met my expectations, and I was completely satisfied with my stay.

Pros:

it is a great place, very close to sloterdijk station so convenient. clean, nice facilities inside the hotel.

Cons:

we woke up on our first night at 2.00 am because of the fire alarm and apparently someone smoked which could happen often because its a large hotel and not everyone respects the rules but it is very disturbing for the guests. i don’t know how this could have a solution.

Pros:

Quarto grande e com 2 ambientes, instalações boa de cozinha com louça satisfatória. Camas ok, nem moles e nem duras, mas um pouco mais pro duro. Atendimento excelente. Garagem no subsolo. Próximo ao trem/metrô/tram/ônibus. Próximo a supermercado. Super possível tomar café da manhã todos os dias no quarto. Wifi sem burocracia. Sofá-cama já estava preparado quando chegamos.

Cons:

A regulagem da temperatura do quarto achei um tanto confusa. Estava ~15°C na rua e lá dentro ficava confortável, mas não tinha como desligar toda a ventilação se quisesse. Travesseiro deixou a desejar.

The apartment and staff were great!
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and had plenty of amenities.

Cons:

The only complaint is the rooms were not air conditioned, but climate controlled. Due to the unusually high temperatures, the apartment was very warm the first night we were there. The staff brought a fan and the temperatures were cooler the rest of the week.

Vom Hotel aus ist man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zügig an jeden Punkt in Amsterdam gekommen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ausreichend.
Wir würden dort wieder buchen.

Aria condizionata sempre accesa che non sono riuscito a staccare . Si può solo regolare il termostato ma la ventola e il rumore sempre presente è fastidioso
