The lobby has a great atmosphere with an artistic design. There is also a comfortable lounge area where guests can enjoy complimentary coffee. In the evening, We can relax in the lobby, watch TV, and enjoy takeout meal.
The room is simple and clean, and the soundproofing is average, making it suitable for a short stay.
The front desk staff can help arrange transportation to Taoyuan Airport, which is very convenient. Staff sachi is friendly, helpful, and have a great sense of humor.
The room rates are very affordable, the rooms are clean, and the hotel is conveniently located near the MRT station.
Special thanks to the front desk staff SACHI for helping us call a taxi in the evening. The service was efficient, and the taxi arrived very quickly. The front desk staff were friendly, always greeted guests warmly.
It was also very convenient that we could order souvenirs such as pineapple cakes at the front desk. This is especially helpful for tourists, as it's easy to place a large order all at once.

Comfortable room and the location is right in the heart of Ximending. Staffs were very friendly and promptly acted to our requests.
The hotel is located in the Ximending area. The reception is clean and comfy. They have a luggage scale at the reception area which is very useful for travelers.
I would agree that the walls are thin and you can hear the sounds, albeit muffled, whether it’s the next room or down the hallway. The standard room is also a bit small and the luggage will need to opened in the room’s entryway.
We visited several places during this trip, including Taipei, Chiayi, and Tainan. We stayed here before and had a great experience, so we decided to come back. The lobby has a great atmosphere. The front desk staff sachi was very helpful in assisting us with checking high-speed rail schedules, restaurant recommendations, and bus information. We really appreciate her patience and attention to detail. We are very satisfied with both the room rates and the quality of the accommodation. Highly recommended!
