Fijne ligging aan de piste maar wel erg geïsoleerd.
Pros:

De locatie aan de piste is te gek. De mensen die er werken zijn allemaal erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We voelden ons heel welkom. Van de receptie tot de mensen in het restaurant; allemaal zijn ze enorm vriendelijk.

Cons:

Door de ligging aan de piste (wat op zich fantastisch is) was het hotel na zware sneeuwval erg moeilijk met de auto te bereiken. De weg er naartoe was volledig wit en alleen met sneeuwkettingen begaanbaar. Door de afgelegen locatie is het ook erg lastig om in de avond naar het dorp te gaan voor diner of apres ski. Ons kostte elk tripje naar het dorp steeds minimaal €45,- aan taxi kosten (enkele reis). Daardoor ben je wel helemaal aangewezen op het hotel zelf. Het eten in het hotel was prima maar niet uitzonderlijk. Het zwembad en whirlpool gingen al om 19:00 uur dicht wat ik een gemiste kans vind. In de avond werd de douche wel erg koud en de verlichting van de kamer was moeilijk sfeervol te noemen. Normaal zou ik hier niet zo moeilijk over doen maar in dit geval waren de kosten zo hoog (mede door hoogseizoen in de winter) dat ik toch wat meer luxe had verwacht.

Schönes Hotel mit überaus freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich, zum Geburtstag gab es eine kleine Überraschung und kleine Extrawünsche wurden anstandslos erfüllt. Das Abendmenü war mehr als ausreichend und hervorragend, das Frühstücksbuffet war immer dasselbe aber ausreichend.
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, wenn man direkt von der Piste ins Hotel und eine ruhige Lage möchte.

Cons:

Leider wurden offensichtlich beschmutzte Handtücher nicht automatisch gewechselt.

A fabulous family holiday. Great location with ski in ski out, great food and much needed spa to ease aching legs. Highly recommend, we'll be going back.

The best hotel I have stayed in, absolute value for money!
Pros:

Exceptional staff, always happy to help, property is directly next to the gondola up to some lovely snowboarding runs, the facilities were great, the outside jacuzzi was great and the spa was brilliant. The dinner was like a fine dining experience with lovely choices which differed each day, and breakfast had a wonderful selection. Our room was brilliant. I would definitely revisit. To top it off we received a handmade cranberry jelly as a leaving gift. Loved our experience!!

Lack of communication with the staff. For example, first 2 days we booked a 2 bedroom and on the 3rd day we had booked a 3 bedroom. We asked if possible to be moved on the 2nd night to the 3 bedroom, and staff said yes but without letting us know that would cost more. We should be informed.
Dinner was taking too much time. We were spending 3 hours each day.
