Vše bylo perfektní.
Pros:

Byli jsme ubytování ve velkém prostorném apartmánu se 3 ložnicemi a 3 koupelnami. Apartmán co se týče prostor byl opravdu perfektní. Cestovalo nás 6 a jeden pejsek a ani jednou jsme nepocítili, že nemáme prostor. Apartmán byl každý den naprosto skvěle uklizen. Každá paní uklízečka přesně věděla co a kdy má dělat a výsledek byl perfektní. Jídlo? No to bylo perfektní. Bufet, který nabídnul vždy něco výborného. Navštívili jsme již mnoho hotelů, ale tady nám opravdu nic nechybělo. Od předkrmu po dezert to bylo výborné. Každý večer byl bufet nějakým způsobem tématický (Itálie, Francie, gril, místní pokrmy atd.). Jednou za týden hrála živá hudba - pan Stefan hrál skvěle. Opravdu se hosté velmi dobře bavili. Personál v restauraci byl také skvělý, vždy byl milý, usměvavý a perfektně se o nás staral. All inclusive se opravdu vyplatí. Wellness bylo také super, sice jsou oba bazény menší, ale pokud jdete do bazénu večer po večeři, vždy si zaplavete, protože je volný. Bazén je otevřený do 22. hodin, což vnímám jako velké plus. Veškerý personál v hotelu byl moc milý a usměvavý. Musím vyzdvihnout, že nám umožnili chodit na snídani i večeři s pejskem a sedět ve vedlejší restauraci v klidu bez ruchu. Restaurace ala carte byla co by kamenem dohodil od bufetu. V restauraci byla vždy doplněna i dezinfekce, pokud si někdo potřebuje před jídlem vydezinfikovat ruce.
Dále má hotel krásnou terasu s výhledem na alpské vrcholky, kde si můžete v klidu dát oblíbený drink a relaxovat po výletě.

Cons:

Nelíbila se mi jen jedna věc, která by mě obtěžovala v zimě (v létě to nevadí), a to když přecházíte z domu číslo 1 do domu číslo 2, kde je wellness, restaurace, recepce, tak přecházíte venkem. Uvítala bych skleněný tunel mezi domy.
A ještě parkování je trošku oříšek, protože parkovací místa jsou malá na větší automobily, ale vždy jsme zaparkovali.

Skvěle o nás bylo postaráno, nejlepší kuchyně a drinky all inclusive, vynikající obsluha, čistota.
Pros:

Perfektní poloha a vybavení, skvělá obsluha, vynikající jídlo. Teplé bazény, venkovní s výhledem, užili jsme si každý den. Krásná dovolená v nádherné přírodě a v super apartmánu, děkujeme.

تعامل الموظفين خاصةً فتاة جميلة في الاستقبال كان لطيفة ومبتسمة ومتعاونة جداً .. المنتجع متكامل ونظيف وفخم وإفطار غني .. زرته قبل عام واحد وقررت العودة لأنه يستحق التكرار

Cons:

لازالت ملاحظتي قبل سنة هي نفسها : مخدات النوم رقيقة غير مريحة وقيمة الإفطار للشخص الواحد 35 يورو باهظة الثمن حيث دفعت 167 يورو لوجبة افطار ليوم واحد

Perfect stay
Pros:

Everything generally great, only minor things could be improved. Very nice drinking pool, spa area, great playroom and playground, close to the lifts. Joker card.

Cons:

- taking small money for dinner things like: starter pack for cleaning, coffee pads (while you can't buy any in the shops, because they are very specific)
- expensive meals
- giving an optional tip while paying by card. It is optional however amounts and percentages are like random (not adequate to amount we paid)
- advertising "always the best rates on our website" is now an honest statement

Ein schönes Hotel wo wir nochmal wieder kommen.
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Essensbuffet am Abend war lecker und das Frühstückbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Der Sushiabend ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Reiterkogelbahn.

Cons:

Das Personal im Restaurant wusste nicht immer bescheid über die Buchungen des Essens die man in der Rezeption getätigt hat. Der Spielbereich für die Kinder ab 9 könnte etwas grösser sein.
