Good location—walkable to shops and tram locations. Staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast and room service delicious with generous portions. Rooms cleaned daily along with new linens and restock of mini bar. Central courtyard/garden lovely.
Shower and sink in middle of room needs full screening so when sharing a room one person does not have to leave for other to shower and vice versa.

Nice, clean modern hotel room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Phenomenal breakfast buffet! Good location.
Not crazy about the room arrangement with the shower, toilet and sink all in separate locations - no "bathroom" per se. My only reason for saying I probably would not stay here again is that it was on the expensive side (compared to the other hotels we stayed at during our visit to Amsterdam).
Room was good but the layout of the sink was not a sensible idea to put it.

Hade fått uppgift att parkering fanns vid hotellet men när vi anlände vid 19 tiden var de slut. Hänvisade parkering långt bort vilket vi vägrade. Fick då adress till ett P-hus ca 15 gångväg från hotellet som vi accepterade. Men mycket irriterande
We had a fantastic night here. Staff were wonderful, rooms were well designed and thought out. Bar had some great cocktail variations. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Oh and breakfast was INSANELY good.

Het was 's nachts veel te warm op de kamer. Zelfs met 18.5 graden (termostaat) was het veel te warm. Een raampje open zetten kan niet in kamer 404
