Perfect hotel in Amsterdam!
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. A super fun and stylish hotel in a perfect location. Service was 5 star with professional, accommodating staff. Breakfast is as good as it gets. Rooms were very very nice and perfect amount of space for a busy vacation. I would not look elsewhere if I go back to Amsterdam.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Lage Hotel ist sehr zentral.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aber z.B. beim Frühstück ist alles unterbesetzt. Viel zu wenig Servicekräfte, die sich sehr bemühen, aber einfach zu wenig für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer, bei dem wir den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht den Abfluss laut hörte. Ich konnte nicht schlafen. Behoben wurde es nicht, ich bekam auch kein neues Zimmer. Uns wurde der Preis für das Frühstück erlassen. Das passt nicht zu einem Service eines 5 Sterne Hotels.
Generell fanden wir das Preis Leistungsverhältnis nicht in Ordnung.
