Hade fått uppgift att parkering fanns vid hotellet men när vi anlände vid 19 tiden var de slut. Hänvisade parkering långt bort vilket vi vägrade. Fick då adress till ett P-hus ca 15 gångväg från hotellet som vi accepterade. Men mycket irriterande
We had a fantastic night here. Staff were wonderful, rooms were well designed and thought out. Bar had some great cocktail variations. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Oh and breakfast was INSANELY good.

The hotel is incredibly chic, modern, and stylish, while still feeling very comfortable and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully designed and high-end.
The room was very spacious and beautifully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the duvet and pillows truly felt luxurious, making it easy to get a perfect night’s sleep.
Breakfast was a real highlight of our stay. The selection was amazing, absolutely everything you could want was available, both to order and to pick yourself.
From sweet to savory, the spread was large, beautifully presented, and everything we tried was delicious and high quality.
The staff deserves special mention: everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The location is outstanding - right in the heart of the city.
We also had lunch at the hotel, which was very nice. The food was excellent, with great quality ingredients and a beautiful selection.

The hotel is in a good location on the Prinsengracht, friendly helpful staff, cool interior, good bar/restaurant. Pleasant room, great shower, nice balcony with views of hotel garden and Amsterdam roof tops.
No Iron to accompany ironing board in the room, when one arrived it didn't work! , but eventually sorted. Had a problem with the safe electronics going dead, so couldn't open it to get stuff out, again eventually sorted by maintenance team. Room TV wasn't smart so no Netflix Prime capability.

Amazing location with incredible service. Someone really spent a lot of time making sure the property feels cool and different. The front desk was A+

Starting with the positives
-location is great, breakfast is decent that’s about it.
Unfortunately had two occasional dealing with the staff who were very rude, condescending and rolling their eyes. I was trying to cancel a spa appointment, which I ended up doing myself because The front desk did not help at all.
Their elevator was out of order for two weeks, so there was one elevator for five floors. On the last day at night even that elevator stopped working. They refused to let us use the stairs of really think of any solution mind you this is 10pm
Eventually after I was arguing and getting increasingly frustrated one of the other more pleasant front desk girls helped.
I would never come back here and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It is not a five star Hotel their behavior was horrible.
And there are some very nice employees that were helpful but because of those two rude girls, it completely overshadowed any other positive experience
The rooms are nice, but seem a little lacking compared to other five star hotels
I’m not sure why this hotel has five stars because it really doesn’t appear that way. It’s pretty and nicely decorated but the service was maybe of a 3 star.
As a solo female traveler, it was absolutely amazing. Every aspect of it. Highly highly recommend. One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at.
