Cleopatra Hotel Luxor

Etablissement super bien situé sur la rive ouest du Nil (West Bank) : proche des sites archéologiques (Medinet Abou, Vallée des Rois, Ramesseum, Hatchepsout...) qui sont facilement joignables (vélo, tuk-tuk, taxi voire même à pieds) et au calme contrairement au centre de Louxor. Chambre très spacieuse, lit confortable, frigidaire dans la chambre, climatisation, salle de bain privée, petit déjeuner très copieux (même la possibilité d'avoir une box petit déjeuner pour une excursion très tôt le matin). Personnel très disponible et accueillant.

It was light, airy, and colourful, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, air conditioning. Host Mahmoud, was very helpful, even packed up a breakfast box for us as we had an early flight to catch.

The location was great and the hotel was beautifully decorated. It is a 3 star hotel and you get what you pay for. Mahmoud, the owner was very friendly, helpful and hospitable as well as the other staff members I came in contact with.
The bed was comfortable and my room had lovely views of the mountains from the balcony. The rooftop terrace where breakfast is served is beautiful with lovely views.I felt very safe walking around locally. I do recommend this place and would stay there again.

We had spent a week in Cairo, full of noise and intense experiences, before arriving in Luxor on the west bank. Here, we found a शांत and affordable hotel where you truly get the feeling of being a guest in an Egyptian family home.
You wake up to the sounds of birds and donkeys, and you really get to experience what it’s like to live in Egypt. The neighbors are locals, and you don’t see many tourists around.
We enjoyed the west side so much that we only went to the east side for important excursions and sights. This is not a luxury hotel, but that wasn’t what we were looking for. Instead, it offers a warm atmosphere and an authentic experience.
It’s just five minutes from the ferry that takes you across to the east bank. There are nearby shops where you can buy drinks and food, as well as restaurants by the harbor. A pharmacy is also very close.
For those who want more activity, stress, and tourists, the east side has plenty of that. Small boats are constantly available to take you wherever you want—we took many boat trips.
At the hotel, Mamud and Nasar were incredibly helpful, giving us information about tours and assisting with booking guides and drivers. We highly recommend this. Mamud also prepared delicious tagine meals for us when we returned from trips, included in the tour price, and served a wonderful Arabic breakfast every day.
They genuinely go out of their way to make guests happy. Fresh towels and cleaning were provided whenever we wanted, and the air conditioning was very good.
They were especially considerate of my elderly mother. We were even allowed to keep the room long after check-out so she could rest before our journey home.
We are very satisfied with our stay.

Staying at Cleopatra Hotel Luxor was a highlight of our trip in Egypt, offering exceptional hospitality and an unbeatable location on the West Bank, just a short and easy walk from the ferry port. The manager, Mahmoud, and his team were incredibly accommodating, especially when our flight was delayed by three hours; despite our late arrival, our pre-arranged airport taxi was there waiting for us, and they made our midnight check-in seamless and welcoming. They took care of all our transportation, including a reliable taxi for our West Bank sites day trip and a smooth transfer back to the airport, and even helped us book an unforgettable hot air balloon tour. Beyond the services, their invaluable local tips for navigating Luxor made our stay much easier. With its stunning rooftop terrace and genuine "home away from home" feel, this hotel provides incredible value and heart. I highly recommend it for the team's reliability and kindness.

Otelin kendi ve odaları otantik bir görünümde hazırlanmış. Güzel bir terası var. Mahmut iyi bir insan.
Genelde oteller profesyonel cekimlerle otelleri çok daha iyi göstermeye çelişir. Burada resimde ne gördüysen o var. Bence mükemmel. Hayal kırıklığı yok.

Mahmud è stato molto gentile e disponibile, ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste e ci ha aiutati nell'organizzazione delle escursioni.
La struttura è semplice ma accogliente e dotata dei servizi essenziali.

Gentilezza e super disponibilità dello staff: al nostro arrivo avevamo prenotato due camere ma vedendo i bambini piccoli ci hanno proposto una grande camera famigliare per stare tutti insieme. Abbiamo cenato lì è il cibo è stato preparato seguendo i nostri orari, super abbondante e molto buono. tutti i ragazzi presenti sono stati super amorevoli con i bambini. il giorno dopo abbiamo avuto un problema con il transfer per luxor che non si è presentato e loro ci hanno subito supportato prestandoci i loro telefoni e parlando personalmente con l'agenzia che doveva erogare il servizio.
Per raggiungere il centro bisogna prendere un traghetto e attraversare il Nilo a circa 100/120 lire egizie. Noi abbiamo anche usufruito di un tuktuk dal porto alla struttura sempre a 100 lire egizie

This hotel offers a great travel experience. The owner is extremely helpful and always available, and Mahmoud, the concierge, is the nicest person we met.

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé à Louxor, près des petits commerces.
Les repas et petit dej sur le rooftop sont exceptionnels.
Je vous conseille Albes Spices qui vend des épices, du thé et des plantes médicinales.
La pure coffeee est top aussi. Vous pourrez y déguster un bon jus d'hibiscus frais.
Je vous conseille cet hôtel.
