Predeal Comfort Suites

Everything was on another level, it was the first time I came to Romania, I heard that the mountain area is very beautiful here, the accommodation was superb, the room very comfortable and clean, the staff very friendly and the city on another level, I felt like I was on a super expensive vacation in Austria, I think that from now on I will never go anywhere else in Europe other than Romania, and I will want this to be the accommodation I will live in every time I will come, soon I am heading to Bucharest, much love Romania

We were accommodated in the double deluxe, about 117. I recommend, if you unfortunately did not manage to avoid this hotel, at least avoid this "delux" room with wonderful views directly into the containers and hotel parking. (The picture I attached) The dusty curtains came off the ledge when it appeared that someone was trying to defend the light of day - so they stayed. I reported a problem with the lack of heat, it was fixed in the afternoon of the following day. I visited the hotel pool - it was true I was on an afternoon, the water was with a status and a yellowish color. Be it tiled or not, I don't know - another time I haven't stepped there. We could not even enjoy the sauna because the door did not close tightly, the heat was coming out through all the cracks. Another "surprise" of this four-star property was their policy with the towels in the room to be used in the pool as well.
All the furniture is made of wrought iron which can be beautiful but very uncomfortable.
I stayed there for three nights, the cleaning was never done, once the baskets were emptied.
Attention families with children: only the first child has free breakfast. The second is obligatory to pay the extra bed and breakfast, because if it is less than 12 years old and nowhere is this specified.
But let's also enjoy the good parts: the surface of the room - generous, the closet has enough hangers, the breakfast - good and plentiful.
Overall not worth the money, nor for free I would go back there.

We booked the room directly with the hotel. The rooms are nice, we had a beautiful view. Breakfast was so good. You can order from the restaurant until 11p m from a large list of menu.

Everything is old and smelly, the bathtub was broken, the bed mattress broken. I don't recommend!
It used to be a good hotel years ago, now it's not more than a 2* hotel, never a 4*.

We booked in at the hotel after driving by car from Bucaresti.
A bit difficult as to the car park , and not so easy to access the reception.
Rooms are nice and clean , Romanian style.
Air condition unit disconnected , it took a while to get it to work.
Bathtub nice and big , if you like such a thing.
All nice and clean.
Someone forgot to clean the room before the last night.
Complained but no action taken.
Had to pay tourist tax at check-out.
Be ware of the restaurant El Cedre , which cannot be recommended at all.
Else nice a quiet hotel , but not a 5 star hotel.

Located in a beautiful scenery Predeal Comfort Suites offer huge rooms, excellent breakfast and spectacular views.
Is my 3 rd staying at this hotel and I always choose the Sunflower room. Is one of the biggest at it has also a jacuzzi. Is a great feeling to wake up ib the morning and on the window you see mountins and a perfect sunrise.
The breakfast is a an excellent buffet and you have many options to eat.
At the groundfloor they also have a lebanese restaurant with decent prices and you cand order also via room service.
For dinner I recommend a restaurant located at 100 sm from the hotel. Name of the restaurant is "Cabana Vanatorilor". They have romanian live music every evening and the food is delicios.

You can pay cash or card.

It is definitely not a 5 or even 4 star hotel! We arrived at the hotel late in the evening and the hotel restaurant was about to stop accepting orders, there was not a single clean table around. The waiter told us their kitchen is messy and they cannot cook for us. The personal from the restaurant was unreceptive and they declined my kind request to change the table cloth, saying they didn't have any clean left. We had our first and the only dinner in a dirty restaurant with speckled walls and sticky floor. Our next disappointment was the family room, there was just a single additional bed, despite the fact that we informed the staff we need 2 beds for our 2 little children. Short note: in general the hotel staff is inefficient, unresponsive, apatic and provide a late reaction to any request. The family room was full of iron and glass furniture, a few of them were even damaged, with sharp corners and edges (I was concerned for my children). One of the accessories from the ceilings was about to fall (I have attached photos). There were small areas of obsolete and worn-out floor with stains. The phone from the bathroom was out of function. In the week-end they don't provide any room service, they don't clean or change the towels. One day careless staff left their garbage near our room door. But all that I have just mentioned above is not even close to the our biggest disappointment of not having the opportunity to enjoy the swimming pool for 4 days out of the total 6 days we stayed at this hotel. They were dealing with a technical issue.... this was so unpleasant especially for our children! The pool is actually the main reason we picked this hotel for our vacation. We have witnessed a revolt of dozen of guests which started because of the impossibility to use the pool, asking for representatives from the local consumer protection service, the police was called. Our vacation got restless. Finally during the last two days when we went to the pool, my son's bath slippers mysteriously disappeared from the room. During my husbands attempt to track the slippers, he found out one of the housekeepers noticed them in the hall of the hotel and most probably they were taken to the garbage :(, but why? They were just a pair of tiny cute child slippers! Honestly the only two pleasant things I could state about this hotel are, really nice mountain view from all the corners of the hotel and the big bathtub we had in the bathroom (which had a fissure on the plastic lateral side and black mold in the corners). The bathtub actually saved us by offering a chance for kids to play in the water during those days the swimming pool was closed. I had totally other expectations of this hotel, I would never recommend it to anyone. We feel deceived and robbed.

The junior suite was quite large, with a lot of forged iron instead of furniture. Everything was uncomfortable to use, the sofa,the seats, even the bed. I was surprised that a 4 stars hotel lets the guests to fight with the snow in their small parking lot. In 4 days of stay no-one helped the guests to get their stuck cars out of the parking lot. Actually,the whole attitude of the staff was poor. The only good thing about this hotel was the swimming pool.

It is a boutique hotel with all the services included, inclusive indoorpool, good restaurant. The accommodation conditions are excellent, it is worth the appreciation. This Hotel is not situated close to center of Predeal but the way to center is not to longger and this way isvery nice for walking, so enjooy yourself in this location.

The hotel is in a good shape, it has a nice swimming pool and one of the biggest rooms i have seen in a hotel.
The restaurant is the lowest asset: dirty, low quality ingredients : do not go there, if you want to stay just book room only.

Very old and un-confortable room. Poor service. Bad location, located far from city, restaurants and shops. Fair breakfast but lousy dinner. Advertised as a four or five stars hotel but in my opinion maybe half-star

Hotel have nice location, it's close to the town, and too Brasov.
Rooms are clean and big, with balcony and bed with canopy. Bathrooms also big and mine was with big bathtub. Breakfast was nice.
Hotel has pool, jacuzzi and sauna so after a day you can relax a little bit.
Staff polite and one women from reception who was checking-in us was very friendly :-)

I feel nice in this hotel with a nice view from balcony ( I used to choose higher levels everywhere I go). From Lebanese restaurant I recommend Kafta and cheese pancakes ( "papanasi") and Uberland wine.

Everything is dirty (the carpet, the bath tube) the room, the bathroom, the pool. The room was not heated. The restaurant is too expensive for the food.
Definitely is not a 5 stars hotel. Maybe 3 stars.
You can find any another hotels in Predeal/Sinaia much better than this one.

Got there, they gave us a Room with broken glass... And in the new room Bathroom accesories broke... sink. tub.. Sauna, SPA, Pool not clean at all... Would not recomend!

It was the worst new year ever.i choose this hotel “5⭐️” to celebrate the new year white my husband.First in the room it was very hot,we had to sleep white the window open.
They came 1 time to clean the room in fact they only did the bade and change the towels because I had to tell them to come.
The personal is very rude.
And in the end the night of new year,they hade only drink hot,I asked for something to put the vin rose but for us they didn’t have anything but for other people yes only because this people have them money,so to have a good service at table you have to pay more money.
They didn’t give us champagne at 00:00 they give us the most cheap drink even if i asked them for champagne.we wanted to buy from them they don’t have this.
When we leave nobody asked if it was ok.
Is not a 5⭐️ hotel,maybe 2⭐️

The hotels looks goog, but is too expensive for what it offers, we took a delux room for wich we pay 200eur/night and the roim was not heeted for a long period of time. In the room were 17 degree when we arrive and took all night to get warm, the carpet was dirty, the remote control was not functioning and the was no coffee or tee,poor service. At least the room had a great view to the mountains.

The room was very nice, but with minor damages and in some places unfinished (ex. The bathroom ceiling was a very cheap piece o plastic and the window frame was also covered with the same piece of plastic, in some places the furniture was damaged and the drapery burned ). Definetly it's not a 5 star hotel. Overall, it was good,except for two waiters who tried to take our money. First problem appeared in my first morning there, when a waiter came to me and say"give me 30 lei and i let you to eat what do you want for breakfast". My second problem appeared in my first night there when i decided to use the room service, when my food came, the waiter tell me that i have to pay 85 lei, i decided to pay cash and i gave him 100 lei, waiting for the rest of the money, he decided to ran out of the room without saying anything. Overall it was a good trip, excepting the two waiters.

The hotel is in a very Beautiful setting with great restaurant cooking good steak how it should be. Well worth the walk up the hill. Also has a Lebanese selection for those who appreciate. Staff very helpful and professional

A hotel to be avoided.
Everything is old, floor tiles in the bathroom are broken, shower was leaking, carpet is full of stains.
Breakfast has low quality products.
Apart from the view, there is nothing to recommend this hotel.
