All good & would return.
Pros:

Good clean Bedroom & Breakfast was 1st class.
Good value for the money!!

A Lift, . . .but I wasn't really expecting one in an older town style Hotel
My wife has bad knees & found the steep stairs a little difficult, but she managed!

Just the breakfast

Cons:

It was like stepping back to the 70s
It was an upgraded room apparently but all we could see was a folded towel on the bed . Wall paper half an inch thick with paint and old office suspended ceilings throughout . A shower that was either freezing cold or boiling hot .
Sorry not for me .

Average, hotel is tired and in need of an overhaul. No lift/not wheelchair friendly

Staff were very nice

Cons:

room much smaller than expected, noisy and hot even with the window open. The person cooking breakfast did not know how to cook eggs, the potato and pancake were served cold - not nice when you expect a hot breakfast. The coffee machine was out of action for our entire stay.

Stay for one night, greeted by a wonderful man on reception called Lawrence, made my wife and I very welcome excellent at his job role very pleasant very friendly, we had a lovely meal that night, staff friendly and helpful, had a lovely cooked breakfast again with very pleasant and friendly staff, definitely be back thank you guys 😊

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Hotelchefin hat es möglich gemacht in ein anderes Zimmer umzuziehen, da das gebuchte Zimmer sehr laut war.

Cons:

Das Hotel hatte leider keinen Aufzug und die Zimmer waren über drei Etagen verteilt. Für ältere Menschen sehr schwierig.
