Pros:

Last minute booking as we decided to stay overnight in NI after visiting the titanic exhibition. Not disappointed at all, a good hotel, great breakfast, lovely loocation

Very unpleasant as wasn't the room I paid for and stuck with the o ly room they had left and was very uncomfortable

Cons:

Ordered and paid for a superior room and give me a standed room which has very tight space.
When ask staff about it they said it was last room so more or less had me me pay for superior room and happy to give me the standard room and at the very last room at top of hotel wer thers no lift just stairs.
Won't b stay again.

We had an excellent stay, staff are great! Lisa was a huge hit with my Grandson 🙂

Breakfast was excellent! Location is perfect and close to all attractions. Staff are excellent!

Pros:

Staff were amazingly friendly. Room was superbly clean. Breakfast was good

Cons:

Bathroom was slightly tired although very clean.
Noise from pub next door was a little noisy, but stopped at about 10.30 (midweek). However, we had our windows open.

I spent alot of money on this room and it was extremely uncomfortable the pillows had a smell and they weren't comfortable

Room was clean a 2 tvs 1 in each bedroom...3 teenagers..perfect. Central location for everything. Staff lovely...v friendly.
Breakfast good choice except 1 teenager would have liked pancakes lol ...would definitely recommend.. v homely.x

Very enjoyable stay, staff are excellent, would definitely return.
Pros:

Breakfast was very tasty, the room and bed was very comfortable, the location in the centre of town is excellent. The staff are efficient, helpful, courteous, and deserve top marks

Cons:

The hotel is a bit dated, but the facilities and service make up for this.

Good location, bit old fashioned. Good bar area
Pros:

Bar area very nice, staff friendly and efficient

Cons:

Room 3 too warm to sleep. Noisy extractor so window could not be opened. Fan provided was inadequate, bad night’s sleep.

Cooked Breakfast ok, but lacked a bit of ‘love’… egg hard, bacon had clearly been sat for a while
