Dining area and breakfast lovely, fridge in the room handy .
Room was tired, decor and cleanliness needs attention . Shower cubicle small and in poor condition. Water leaked under door . Pictures of rooms on website not accurate.
We went on St Patricks day, a family of 2 adults and a child. It wasn't busy and we didnt have to wait long. I ordered a pizza to share with my child and a side of chips but they gave us a kids pizza, despite me questioning if they dont half and half pizzas which we were told no. Dont understand if they are freshly made how this wasn't possible. I have personally had better frozen pizzas, definitely not a nice at it has been on previous visits. Fizzy drinks were not fresh, it was as if they had been poured from a opened bottle cos there was no fizz to them.
The burger didnt look like great quality of meat either, definitely not homemade. We ordered garlic bread to have on the side, we had to ask where it was and it still never came. When we went to pay they had not removed the garlic bread that we didnt recieve and there was an extra side order added to the bill.
I was very disappointed as any time we have been before was amazing and would have recommended but not this time. It was like they were trying to cut costs but still keep the same prices as before
Everything was great! Staff, cleanliness, location and breakfast were lovely. And staff were attentive towards it being my birthday and left some chocolates and a card upon arrival 🥰
There was nothing I didn’t like, only thing I can think of is it would be cool if the bar did cocktails, but that’s no negative!

Rooms were roasting even with heat off. Shower door not working husband got stuck in it. Lots of dust in room. Toilet wouldn't flush.
Our stay was great. Staff were lovely, beds comfy and food was beautiful. Great value for money.
The rooms where awful , hotel was rough and ready , would never ever stay again
Unfortunately it was just for one night but it was great staff,food absolutely Brilliant room's and bed's clean spacious and comfy everything in it what you need💯 We all definitely will be back hopefully for a weekend😃😃
