Excelente las instalaciones, vistas y desayuno muy completo.

Precioso. La atención un lujo.
La comida la primera noche. Estaba el pollo en rimado x fuera y crudo x dentro.
La segunda noche esperamos45 minutos la comida , y eso que habíamos pedido reserva , poca cantidad.

La vista es hermosa, es un lugar privilegiado, vale la pena.
Los accesos son muy difíciles de transitar, queda lejos para quien no viaja con vehículo propio pero llegn taxis o uber, las calles casi intransitables.
Excelente vacaciones en un lugar espléndido. El restaurante tiene una carta variada con precios accesibles. Todo el personal altamente capacitado para brindar una estadía maravillosa. Felicitaciones
Las vistas hacia las sierras son espectaculares! Las instalaciones son muy buenas, gimnasio, piscina climatizada, spa, restaurante... Muy completo!

La habitación número 14 tiene cerramientos corredizos que no son herméticos ni están bien instalados por lo que las hojas se movían y golpeteaban contra el marco provocando fuertes ruidos con los vientos que tuvimos varios días durante la estadía, impidiendo dormir bien de noche.
El restaurante era bueno pero una noche me sirvieron un postre creme brulee en muy mal estado que no se pudo comer, siendo este problema reconocido por el mozo. Lo informé en la recepción pero no tuve ningún mensaje de disculpas o interés por parte de la gerencia.

Contraté habitación superior y las fotos que muestran no es la habitación que me dieron , me dieron en sector viejo del hotel y las fotos es del sector nuevo . Tampoco me gustó que ya exprese esto u nadie me respondió , ni el hotel ni Booking

Un detalle el baño de la habitación no tiene puerta y es sistema de ducha está mal diseñado se inunda
