Pros:

the location was awful. It was an hour's drive to the city.
The hotel did not have a private beach; instead, they designated a section of a public beach that was a 15-minute shuttle ride away. The shuttle service ran every half hour, but due to the high number of guests, it was often full, leading to long wait times. As a result, we frequently had to take a taxi to the beach. Additionally, the beach was about a 15-minute walk from the drop-off point along a road with no shade, which was very uncomfortable in the direct sunlight and hot weather.
Another issue was the language barrier. The staff did not speak English, and we had to rely on a translator frequently, which made communication difficult and time-consuming.

Ex Radisson hotel now Mantera hotel

So i ve stayed at this hotel many times before . It used to be Radisson hotel now a Mantera hotel . So they re in the motion of rebranding so some things are off . I give it 4/5 . The suite is clean and spacious , with glorious view of the mountains or sea view if you prefer that . The breakfast buffet is wonderful; 3 swimming pools great ; gym they ve moved quite far from the reception in the adjacent building , good gym . Kids play room is wonderful ! So whats missing ?! The only functioning restaurant is a steak house , no lobby bar ; no beach access ( only by bus transfer ) ; no 24 hr supermarket in the vicinity ., quite pricey i would like to point out due to super high demand and lack of proper hotels nearby. But great stay nonetheless for family with kids ))

Pros:

So beautiful and so great, the breakfast is really wow.

Location perfect, close to the see and close to the Olympic Park. Al walkable.
Also a privet beach that is perfect.

We have a new memory that we will cherish for a long time

Super Staff!!!

Pros:

I could experience smart staff, nice view, clean room, enough amenities, good location, warm swimming pool, convenient service.
During the peak season, the cost-effectiveness is not good, and soundproofing facilities need to be supplemented.

Our stay was excellent except of check in. Property needs to add to their check in process/requirements that all citizens of Russia have to have their domestic Russian passport for check in. I never have it with me and use Russian travel passport when traveling, which I have no problems booking domestic flights with, however the property did not accept it for checking in. This was a huge inconvenience and all guests need to be informed about this requirement prior to their stay!

Other than that everything was great - clean spacious rooms, great spa facilities, nice view and walking distance to many sights.

Внутри отеля высокая влажность, по-моему кондиционирование не работает в должном объёме.
За 200-250$ в сутки отель не стоит своих денег, тем более это тариф без завтрака.

i was witing much more quality and confort!

Too much noises and room not enough good. Moreover the beach was closed during our stay (26-29 may) BUT there was NOT any info about this during the booking process! They gave us the room on the swimming pool where there were, during the day, the acqua gym activiteis wiyth loud music. The sam probelms of loudness were during the late evening duirng the "kid" activities.
The hotel was NOT full booked so i didn't understand why they didn't give us the room on the other side of the hotel which was much much more quite!

Очень довольна отдыхом и одназначно приеду еще. На теме чистоты не буду останавливаться, то, что должно быть белоснежным - белоснежное, то, что должно блестеть - блестит. Отличные действительно подогреваемые бассейны и термальная зона, и с градусником все отлично, в мае было прохладно на улице, но при этом очень комфортно в бассейне. (есть, с чем сравнить, в отеле напротив утверждают, что в бассейне 27 градусов, но на деле, было 23, замеряла инфракрасным градусником, дети вылезали дрожащими через 10 минут). Очень приветливый персонал, внимательный к гостям. Отличная детская анимация, дети при деле весь день, детская игровая хорошо оснащена, аниматоры организовывают и занятия, и игры, и перед завтраком приветствуют. Завтраки отличные, отдельно организованный детский стол и он весьма разнообразен. В общем на данный момент считаю лучшим местом для отдыха с детьми - и в отеле много всего, даже в дождь было чем заняться и вокруг в пешей доступности много всего детоориентированного.

Pros:

Впечатление очень среднее, номерной фонд в уставшем состоянии, матрасы и подушки не очень хорошие. Расположение то же не совсем удачное. Персонал очень старается. Рум сервис работает отлично.

Отличный отель с удобным расположением и качественной инфраструктурой. Можно погулять по набережной, дойти до рынка, олимпийского парка, 10 минут до аэропорта. Вкусные завтраки. Понравилась спа-зона.

Good hotel for stay 2-3 days before or after flight. Very good breakfast, delicios restaurant "Anatolia" in the -1 floor.
The SPA aria in the hotel is very tired and too many children in the late evening there.

The hotel was not bad , it had a very nice view on the floor that we lived. Right to the sea in the middle of the top floor of the hotel. The breakfast could use a little work. It was walkable to all the attractions.

Great value for the $$ compared to hotels around. The great benefit of this hotel compared to others around is that it has 1 big heated pool and spa located outside. Also 3 sauna types. Huge haul and many (paid) activities. I didn't have any issues staying at this hotel. Every time something was needed, it was resolved right away. A but pricy on food, but you can easily find places to eat around.

Pros:

Clean and well decorated. The staff was very helpful. The pool and spa were awesome but not enough space for the demand! The bar lacked the atmosphere and the cocktails were just OK(( Did not eat in any of the hotel restaurants as they looked dull and not speaking and exciting cuisine when compared with other nearby offerings. Temperature checks were done and masks and antiseptic spray were provided. All in all, a very safe and enjoyable stay and the front reception staff were very welcoming and accommodating.
