Beautiful boutique hotel with comfortable rooms, great breakfast and very friendly staff. The location is a bit far from Kotor old town, but we really enjoyed staying away from the crowds.

Recepcionerka mi je odnije kofer do sobe, nema lifta, a imam probkem s leđima. Ali mi je naglasila da to ne rade portiri u hotelu s tri zvjezdice.
U kupaoni je rasklimana slavina (moram je pridržavati jednom rukom, da bih drugom mogla pustiti vodu), wc školjka nije čista, na jednom mjestu u zidu su vidljivi kablovi, nedostaje utičnica, vrata se teško zatvaraju, osoblje ne razumije što znači oznaka na vratima 'No tkanks', misle da se to odnosi samo na čistačice, žele popravljati TV dok sam u sobi. Posuda u kojoj se poslužuje doručak ima korozije na sebi, svako jutro je takva posuda, a mora se taj dio dohvatiti da bi se posuda otvorila. Pre, pre, previše novaca za ono što se nudi. Nemam običaj ostavljati loše recenzije, ako mi se nešto ne svidi, pomislim da je to moje osobno mišljenhe, ali ovo je zaista previše zamjerki. Uz sve to, u cijelom hotelu se osjeća neugodni miris vlage.
Jedino pozitivno je da mi je recepcionerka odnijela kofer na prvi kat.
Da, hotel ima samo tri zvjezdice, ali su cijene u postesezoni, kao da ima više zvjezdica. Za 150 eu na noć sam očekivala puno više.

It was a little tricky road to get there , breakfast was nice but would be nice to have an option to have a little more
A clean, comfortable apartment with lovely outdoor space. We loved the hotel’s own relaxed waterfront space where you can swim from, chill out, eat breakfast and enjoy the stunning view. The staff were so friendly, helpful and friendly.
The option for twin beds would have been nice.

This hotel gave the real on the lake experience. Breakfast served on the lake was a highlight, stunning setting and a great selection of food. A number of good restaurants on the lake within short walking distance for dinner. Staff were amazing. Went out of their way to make it a good experience. Location was good just out of town. Parking was achievable.
The hotel had so much potential but little things that would be an easy fix detracted from the comfort. As an example the curtains in the room were too small for the window meaning light streams in early, our shower head didn’t work until we tied it into place with string, some of the out door tables for breakfast were really broken making it really hard to eat off. Plus missing a kettle in the room.
We booked the double room and the bed wasn’t long enough for my hubby (6ft tall) but that might be normal for the area.
We would stay again but would upgrade room selection for a bit more comfort.
