The room was extremely basic, there were paint marks all over the walls, stretches all over the floors and mould in the kitchen and bathroom.
Only positive is that it was close to Canton Fair which we were attending (which meant it was way overpriced)

El lugar mas sucio y descuidado en el que he estado en mi vida. El personal muy poco profesional y carente de capacitación. Me quejé en varias ocasiones por el aseo, y me enviaron a una persona a sacudir el polvo, mientras que en el baño habia rastros de jabón de huéspedes anteriores. Pesima relacion costo-beneficio. He estado muchas veces en Guangzhou, y seguro hay mejores hoteles por un precio muchísimo mas bajo

Staff less than friendly to international customers , first room , TV , washing machine had no electricity, bathroom filthy dirty, half lights in room didn’t work, price was $235 for this ????? Got moved to another room , washer dumped water all over floor , bathroom dirty again, no English channels on TV, price has doubled from previous stays , value not good like before , pictures show dirt, filth Around sink and bathroom. In these days of Covid cleanliness, and for the daily price of $235. I expect a clean, healthy, well kept room. Trying to talk to all Chinese kids at front desk who are more worried about playing games on their phones , than dealing with customers and issues. If they worked for me .... I’d fire them ALL.

Not ready for the hospitality service. Need to learn & improve lot

Moved out after entering this place. The rooms are really dirty, I found a lot of hand prints everywhere, and saw a few bugs in the shower. The room was damp and smelly. The air flowing through the building was disgusting, I can barely breath in it. This place have multiple names, they change it so everyone think is a different hotel. That such a faulty advertisement, and is really misleading for travellers. Also, the picture needed to be updated (outdated faulty photos from opening or digital) it makes it look like it’s worth the price you are paying. I wouldn’t trust the review as well. Found a 5 star hotel around this building, and only had to pay a little extra. Be careful when checking into this hotel. None of the staffs can speak English, they gave me this attitude when checking in because I don’t have an ID card (China ID card). How am I suppose to have a china ID when I’m just a visitor from aboard.

Overall the property was nice and clean and very near to the China Import & Export Fair Complex with 8 min walking distance .This place was good place if you were to attend any fair held in this area either CIEFC or PWTC.

I was lucky there is receptionist who can communicate in English during my check in and Check out. Hotels has nice view with the river view and city.

The Bedlinen in the room was torn and the housekeeping don't bother to change it while staying there.

Overall is Oood

Room stinks and even spotted small roaches. If not for the fact it’s near the Fair Grounds, I doubt anyone would want to stay here!

中国のラブホテルみたいなところです。その割にチェックインは時間がかかり長蛇の列 ロビーのソファも僅か レストランやカフェは敷地外の他のビルでエレベーターも少なく並ばないと乗れません、あまりに酷いので近くのウエスティンに移りました。
バイブレータや大人なオモチャが部屋の中の自販機で売っているので、それが欲しい人にはおすすめかもしれません

Hotel is closest to Canton fair, That is the PLUS. In winter time rooms have NO HEAT and are cold. There is NO restaurants in any building near for evening food. During day of the fair, there are McDonalds and noodle shops open for breakfast and lunch. about 350 meters away. Subway is about 300 meters way. Beds are OK for comfort. Family Mart (7-11) store located in Building open 24hours. most rooms have a washer dryer. I have stayed here about 6 times in winter / summer. Its nice to be close, but you still end up paying taxi costs to go eat. Rooms have Wifi, but not VPN

Hotel is the closest & cheapest to the Canton Fair buildings. In Winter time there is NO heat in the rooms, so the rooms are cold. There are No restaurants close for any night time eating. The only advantage is being close to the fair building. There is a FAMILY MART (7-11) located in the building with basic drinks and snack foods. There are some food places Under the Canton fair that operate during fair days. On other days most are closed, so prepare to travel somewhere else to get food.

The property is nice and located close to the metro. Great location, not far from anything via metro. Room was pretty comfy and clean. The front desk is a bit confusing because there are three companies that rent hotel rooms in this property. Besides the language barrier, I felt the service could have been better.
All and all, we were really pleased and had a great time in Guangzhou 👌

Generally this hotel is okay, but some aspects leave a lot to be desired. Check-in is poor, and communication is difficult. Added to that the lifts are a disaster. 2 lifts working for some 40 floors, half of which are offices means it's like getting on the Tokyo subway and you can waste 30 minutes just getting a lift in 'rush-hour. If you are at the expo-centre it is convenient, but it is not a relaxing hotel to stay at. FYI, the room vending machine selling sex-toys and contraception was also a little weird.

Excelente ubicación si vas a ir a alguna Expo en el centro de convenciones.

The hotel run my credit card even though I had paid Expedia and advance for my stay

No one will help with suitcase, wifi is not good and I lost lots of contact, I had to go to lobby to have wifi,
