Привітний персонал, чисті номери і територія. Смачна та різноманітна іжа.
Різноманітний вибір барів, перекусів та фаст фудів що входять до пакету все включено

Cons:

Невідповідна кількість відвідувачів до басейнів. Забагато людей, які з ночі займають місця біля басейну, розкладаючи речі або рушники. Пляж у пішій доступності із вартістю 25€ за 1 шезлонг, пляж дуже маленький.
Відсутність набережної або пішохідних зон для прогулянок, забагато транспорту, небезпечно навіть на пішохідних переходах.

It was perfect spot located near the beach and shops but not in the thick of it either so you could retreat away from the lively atmosphere when needed. Requested a sea view which we got however, felt uncomfortable using the balcony as the restaurant is below. The food was lovely with plenty of choice. The staff were mostly friendly. Only drawback for us was that despite being a paid customer, we felt the service could’ve been better with regards to the drinks. It seemed customers from the street got better treatment. It would e also have been nice is shower gel, shampoo etc was available. Only hand soap as the option. We would still come back though as it is set within a beautiful location.

De ligging is perfect. Op loopafstand.afstand van het drukke centrum.
De bar King scorpio.is heel gezellig. Tegenover het hotel.

Cons:

Alle bedjes zijn geclaimd dmv een handdoek.terwijl ze er niet zijn.

Disappointing!! I had a reservation for 2 rooms (1 bedroom suite). I arrived at the hotel around 1 am. At the reception a girl who didn't know English at all. I spent half an hour writing to us on the phone with a translation of what she wanted to communicate to us. We received the rooms. Shock! It didn't correspond to what I had booked. (I mention from the beginning that I chose this hotel for this room with a sea view). I go back to the reception to explain, in vain, the answer was to come the next day at 11 am to discuss. Night of torment! Lots of mosquitoes, bathroom with a bathtub that you could barely get into.. The next day they tell me that that's the room, that those pictures of the room are from Booking and they keep showing me their website. I tell them that I made the appointment on Booking, not on their website and that I want those rooms. In the meantime, 2 other suites become available and they move us there. More disaster. Later I found out that others who couldn't rest because of the infernal noise in the rooms had given up on them. Not to mention the fact that the toilet bowl didn't flush, that the air conditioning was from another era and couldn't cope, that a light cleaning was only done on one day. The food?? The same every day, with minor exceptions. To drink an ok coffee we had to buy it ourselves. If you didn't wake up in the morning to occupy sunbeds, you had to pay 25 euros/sunbed on their tiny beach, or look for other more accessible beaches. There's a lot to say, the conclusion.. total disappointment for the costs they charge.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is perfect.
The place was very clean. They cleaned the room and changed the towels daily.
There is a good variety of food in the buffet. The food was good. You can take a drink at the hotel or at the bar or even the restaurant in front of the hotel, all included.
The staff is very friendly, always there to listen, especially at the reception.
The sandy beach was awesome.

Cons:

The deck chairs at the beach were expensive
There are 4 swimming pools, small in size if you don't swim in the sea. The deck chairs were free but taken from early morning ( even when people are not using them all day)

I didn’t like staying here and won’t return again
Pros:

The room had a nice sea view. The location is quite happening if you like it that way. Not very difficult to reach from the Herakleon airport, particularly if you have a rental car.

Cons:

Reception desk provided incomplete information about ala-carte dining @ black pepper restaurant that caused some inconvenience to us. Air conditioning did not work in one room & hence our kid had to squeeze in in one bed with us. No fan was provided despite our request. Bathrooms was too small & without regular toiletries. Customer Service manager was strange. She was blank faced & casual not showing any concern or regret from her end. The hotel draws guest with “all inclusive deal” which is not that great as it sounds. There is enough food but the taste is not good except for the fresh salads and yogurt. The drinks are also just okay served in plastic cups. You need to pay 15€ to sit on the shacks by the small beach that is supposedly under the supervision of the hotel.

Pros:

Hôtel bien situé, face à la mer (vue magnifique) et un peu excentré des bars et autres restaurants, donc plus calme. Le bar de l'hôtel en version tout inclus est splendide (king scorpio bar). La restaurant principale du complexe est excellente et variée (de tout : des spécialités locales aux basics). Le personnel est accueillant.
