Pros:

המיקום מושלם, ממש קרוב לסופר,מסעדות, מרפאה פרטית, אוטובוסים לכיוון הרקליון ( אזור הקניות), 10 דק הליכה מהקארטינג.
הצוות היה מקסים, הכל כלול מעולה
אנחנו קיבלנו חדר גדול היה מצוין בשביל זוג עם 2 מתבגרות עם 2 מקלחות, החוף ים מעולה (המחיר לכסא היה יקר לדעתי 25 אירו למיטה) , האוכל היה בסדר , ה street food אחלה (מחלקים פיצות, המבורגר, גירוס,, מנה לכל אדם בין 14:30 ל 18:00
באמת חוויה טובה , בארים שפתוחים ומחלקים אלכוהול חינם עד 22:00/23:00 למי שהוא הכל כלול

Cons:

אומנם כתוב 5 בריכות אבל הן ממש קטנות , היה עדיף בריכה 1 גדולה, המדרגות שצריך לעלות לחדרים או לרדת עם מזוודות,,לא מחליפים מגבות רק אם מבקשים שזה לדעתי לא תקין, חובה להחליף מגבות כל יום

Perfect. Just perfect.
Pros:

We adored this Hotel, the staff was extremely polite,helpful and kind! We could ask about programmes, sunbed prices, they could always help. The staff of the restaurant, the cleaning staff were also friendly and gentle. Would recommend to anyone with kids,without kids. Wonderful experience! Thank you!🥰

Lokacija i hrana.

Cons:

Uzeli smo all inclusive, a kada smo došli u sobu mini bar je bio prazan, u kupatilu nismo imali šampon ni gel za tuširanje, peškiri za plažu nisu bili uključeni u cenu, morali smo da ostavimo depozit za njih. Osoblje neljubazno. Ležaljke na plaži ispred hotela se naplaćuju 25€ po ležaljci. Pića su bila užasna kao da su razblažena sa vodom, a i dosta iz menija nije ni bilo. Na ručku i večeri nije bilo dovoljno mesta da svi gosti sednu.

Highly recommended hotel to stay in Hersonissos Crete
Pros:

Great location and close to everything, great staff in the hotel and in king Scorpio bar, great atmosphere, clean, the food is great with lots of variety.

Cons:

The gym needs to be equipped much more:)

Perfect for young people, beautiful view, but quite expensive
Pros:

Beautiful view, perfect food selection in the restaurant, nice staff

Cons:

Loud because of the partirs in the nabour Scorio bar, beach is extra 50eur/2 people, only cheap drinks included in the all inclusive

Des choses à revoir
Pros:

Très beau complexe proche de tout et bar scorpio sympa pour les soirées

Cons:

1/ au bar scorpio vous avez les boissons all inclusive uniquement jusqu'à 21hrs... boissons chères alors que vous payez le all inclusive
2/ scandaleux... Pour le prix de l' hôtel en all inclusive, vous devez payer 25€ par jour et par personne pour un transat à la plage, c'est inacceptable
3/ le restaurant principal est à revoir en agencement car trop de monde surtout le soir, on cherche une place pour s assoir et pour se servir les plats, c'est la jungle, trop de monde...il faut un second restaurant
4/ le restaurant à la carte steak house est trop rapide, ils vous amènent tous les plats en même temps pour se débarrasser de vous rapidement... pas top pour apprécier son repas
Sinon bel hôtel dans l' ensemble, les appartements avec vue sur mer sont tops

Sehr schlechtes Hotel! Angebliches allinclusive musste fast alles zahlen!
Pros:

An dieser Unterkunft waren nur die Mitarbeiter top. Freundlich und hilfsbereit sofort! Aber alles andere Katastrophe .

Cons:

1. Sauberkeit das kommt an erster Stelle man sollte jeden Tag saubere Zimmer bekommen wenn erwünscht, ich habe es erwünscht und habe 2x hintereinander die gleichen Bettwäsche und gleiche Handtücher bekommen, für weitere Handtücher sollte ich eine Kaution von 10€ bezahlen,und fürs Waschen 2€ jedesmal das geht garnicht ich hatte ein All inclusive Angebot da verstehe ich all inclusive dabei ist und nicht Kaffe extra zahlen Frappé extra zahlen!

Das Essen vom Buffet war viel aber alles ohne Geschmack oder zu matschig! Und jeden Tag das gleiche ,das einzige was super war sind die Mitarbeiter .

An sich so ein langweiliges Hotel, ich kenne all inclusive Total anders, es gibt überhaupt keine Attraktionen , die liegen und der obere Pool so dreckig also Sauberkeit in diesem Hotel auf 0 !!!!!!! Shampoo und Dusch zeug wie so in einem Knast Behälter und riecht nach nichts also nach der Dusche habe ich mich immer noch dreckig gefühlt !!
Die Betten für mich und mein Mann haben sich in der Mitte getrennt, mein kleiner Sohn hat ein Bett als Sofa erhalten also so was habe ich und werde ich nie wieder buchen,die Bilder sagen totall was anderes.

Dann gab es 2 Restaurant wo man reservieren musste wo aber immer alles voll war und nie ein Platz bekommen hat,also wirklich überlegt euch es gut bevor ihr sowas bucht!

Die Cocktail in so Plastik Becher .
Tequila Plastik Becher ohne Eis Würfel also wirklich schreckliches Erlebnis .
