For lower price would be fair, but this service for such amount is not acceptable.
Pros:

Staff was polite and offered me to change room.

Cons:

Dirty: hair on the bed, disgusting smell in the room. Loud: cars, trucks from the outside wake you up during night. Price was very bad for this experience.

Pros:

Location. Convient money exchange by hotel staff when banks were closed.

Cons:

They dont clean and refill toiletries every day. I guess you have to request to have that done. Barely any toilet paper in the bathroom when I checked in.
