Just an old apartment
Pros:

We were in Guangzhou for the Canton Fair, we stayed at this hotel-apartment because of the price, but is not a hotel at all, first of all, the reception is just an office across the street and on a side so not easy to find. (I think expedia should say in the instructions). The room was ok, clean and just ok. There are many restaurants at that area and close late. I recommend this hotel to travel cheap and use metro as transportation, the nearest station is about 10 minutes.

Affordable and comfortable for overnight stay.
Pros:

Clean rooms, nightlife outside the door, very touristy place, chain restaurants for tourists, but still comfortable and clean rooms, kitchen and washer in the room, great for doing own laundry. Good stay with easy access to taxi and subway for those who only need overnight spot at a central area for a decent price. Staff speaks no english but are available and try to accommodate.
