It's a functional hotel for the airport. Better than I expected and the staff were really nice. The bar/restaurant area needs to be refurbished. No way would I spend more time than necessary eating or drinking in such a miserable area.
Scheduling the hotel shuttle - nightmare!!! I was told I would have to call when I arrived at Terminal C pick up area. I arrived in Orlando from West Palm Beach on Brightline train. I'm deaf and had to ask other travellers (waiting for their hotel transport) to speak on my behalf to your hotel receptionists. The driver when, thankfully, he turned up at that terminal was very pleasant and apologetic as I made my verbal complaint to him. I had been standing at the correct spot by the allocated number and had not moved away. Several calls had been made (with other people listening to what was being stated by hotel staff) but I waited 1.5 hours with nowhere to sit, standing on cold concrete with the winter sun going down. I feared I would still be there in the dark. Next day, for the return journey from the hotel, the same driver was excellent - helpful and kind. It was early morning (for my flight to Central America). The hotel and shuttle are very conveniently located. I suggest the shuttle runs to ALL Terminals on a loop to coincide with clients requests at their time of booking the hotel accommodation. Anything less is ludicrous. Airline pilots use the service - how do they book the shuttle???

I did not eat breakfast because I slept in but overall everything was good except for running low on clean towels probably because the falicility was sold out. It’s was around the holidays time so I understand.
Just get extra towels for full house occasions
The pool was nice and also having a little store was very convenient. It was a good location integrated with restaurants within walking distance.
The rooms were kind of small compared to another location I stayed at.
This property doesn’t communicate on booking.com at all. How can you advertise your services and then not respond on the platform you advertise it on. They don’t respond to your questions. I tried to cancel through booking.com and they didn’t respond. I had to reach out to their hotel on their website via email where their staff are unwilling to help.
It was clean and quiet
There was no fans to keep on at night other than the overhead fan. It was very quiet… too quiet
Also they double charged me at check in despite already paying through booking and I had to call three times to get a refund that I am waiting to clear my bank. So I am out $200 that I was not expecting
Hallways reaked of pot, was charged for a room I already paid for. Then had to go to the front desk 3 times to get it removed. The never removed the $50 hold on my room and I have called twice about it. Now I have a dispute in with my credit card about it. Will never use them again
Location and free shuttle from and to the airport. Also loved the location for the Universal Epic Studios.
Absolute nothing. Although trafiic a little bit to busy to cross streets to anfd from the restuarants in the area.
The room had everything you need

The breakfast was fine. Nothing really remarkable.
We had no hot water in the room for the duration of our stay. We talked to the staff everyday but nothing changed. We talked to other guests who had the same problem. They told us that couldn't discount our room because we booked through Booking. com. Never had this happen to us any where else we have stayed.

Fizemos check in as 10 pm, pois nosso vôo chegou tarde. Solicitei à recepcionista um later check out no dia seguinte, pois nosso vôo sairia de Orlando às 10 pm do dia seguinte. Ela nos disse que poderia nos conceder até 2 pm. Apesar de ser mto antes do nosso vôo, já me senti agradecida. No dia seguinte, uma outra recepcionista nos disse que o check out seria à 1 pm e foi irredutível. Isso nos causou uma gde correria e stress para fechamento de malas, horários com remédios etc. A recepcionista primeira, nos sugeriu falar com o gerente, para ver se poderia nos conceder mais algum tempo. Ela disse que ele estaria no hotel às 7 am da manhã do dia seguinte. No dia seguinte a 2a recepcionista nos disse que o gerente só chegaria após às 9 am. Sendo que vi um moço dando ordens e resolvendo questões, que a meu ver, era o próprio gerente. Atendimento é primordial para a reputação de um hotel, e não tivemos um bom atendimento.
