La posizione è ottimale e anche il quartiere è molto bello. Lo staff molto disponibile e gentile.

Cons:

La nostra stanza aveva una parete vetrata che dava sulla sala dove si faceva colazione. Inutile dire che non è ottimale e inoltre si sentiva anche la gente e la tv della sala. Il parquet era rovinato, così come la porta del bagno. Non c’era la cassaforte.

Une chambre supérieure qui n'en ai pas une !!
Pros:

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier assez sécurisé et dans une rue calme mais à 2 pas des resto et bars...
Le lit était confortable.

Cons:

Par contre notre chambre avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur....la salle du petit déjeuner !!! Pas banal mais surtout complètement idiot d'autant que le petit dej commençait à 6h30 d'où un réveil en fanfare car les gens ne se privé pas de discuter !!
Aussi, la chambre était vieillotte et la salle de bain de la taille d'un mouchoir de poche : une fois assis sur la cuvette, on a la tête dans le lavabo (sans exageration) et pour couronner le tout, pas d'aération !!

отель не имеет никакого отношения к 4 звездам. Потому что:
Я видел таракана.
В отеле нет одеял, только тонкие покрывала.
Вода в душе не успевает уходить и добралась до кровати.
Нет окна.
Стены пахнут сигаретами.
В комнатах нет чайника и его не получить.
С 7 утра на кухне стоит жуткий шум. Поэтому лучше ложиться спать пораньше.
Возле отеля нет лавочки, гости отдыхают или курят сидя на полу.
В комнате я чихал и кашлял, а на улице нет. Так как нет окна и вентиляции, кондиционер единственное средство воздуха и должен промываться и дезинфицироваться ежемесячно. Но вероятно это не делали никогда. Да же после моей просьбы реакции не последовало.
Последю неделю проживания у меня болела голова, когда я уехал, мне стало гораздо лучше. .
Единственный стул в комнате шатается и садиться на него страшно.
Персонал мне понравился.
Завтраки хорошие.

Самое плохое.
Это обман менеджерами отеля и введение в заблуждение. У меня был оплачен длительный период. Меня пригласили в гости в соседний город. Я спросил у менеджеров, можно мне уехать раньше сохрани дни проживания. Что бы иметь их когда вернусь и доплатить ещё. Меня две смены завершили, что это так. Это нормальная практика по всему миру и Колумбии. Я уехал, и когда вернулся, этот же менеджер Мне сказал, что я свои дни потерял. И это было очень мерзко. Для меня не было проблемы уехать после проживания оплаченных дней, но меня заверил, что так можно и обманули.

La ubicación muy buena. La habitación tal cual la foto .
El personal muy amable.
Buen desayuno.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía ventana, lo sabíamos al momento de reservar . Le falta un extractor de aire en el baño o dentro de o habitación ya que sino no hay ventilación.

Todo bien. El personal en recepción Antonio y Luisa están pendientes de todo lo que se necesita. Juan en el comedor es muy amable y profesional, Yazmin en la cocina es una maravilla todo estaba delicioso.
