Pros:

Location for price waa unbeatable. Comfortable room and friendly staff unmatched as well.

Cons:

3 elevators but it feel like only 1 worked consistently. But they were nice, and the girl next door let us use theirs as well, so it really wasn't that bad

A really nice hotel spoiled by pot smoke
Pros:

Wonderful location. Rooms were large with comfortable beds. Restaurant in lobby quite good.

Cons:

The smell of marijuana was strong in elevators and came in through ventilation system into our room. We were told by the front desk there was nothing they could do because many of the guests like to “partake.” The clientele was young urban and the language in the hallways and lobby was not suitable for families.

Besides that, we’d stay here again. The price made the stay even better
Pros:

The view was great. Room was clean and spacious

Cons:

There was no separation from the bathroom space to sleeping space so when I was in the bathroom at night, the lights would bother my wife and kid. That was really inconvenient. Also wish it had a better parking situation. My wife also informed me that I slept through a loud disturbance from the police next room over.

Overall, the stay was great.
Pros:

The location in the city was perfect. Bed was comfortable and the room overall was good.

Cons:

Perhaps the outside noise but it's expected since we are near downtown area

Pros:

Great location, there are so many food options around and river walk was pretty close.

Cons:

They said they'll fullfill our request over email but on the day of the checkin they backed out. Rooms are compact and you can't really open curtains on the lower level room. (Just fyi if you care about such things)
