Try a different hotel
Pros:

Beatrix restaurant

Cons:

I bought something with breakfast included but the breakfast was not in the hotel, it was at the Fairfield Inn next door and we had to walk outside to go there. I juts needed and espresso and was told they would have that but they did not serve espresso and it was an unattractive eating area that was overfilled with guests. Not appealing at all. We skipped it but the room rate was also very high considering the room we got was not that great. I asked for a high floor for my birthday, but that didn’t happen either.

Very noisy rooms terrible

Cons:

Alll the noise from the street and surrondings you hear a lot in the room. All Windows single glass , not a comfortable sleep at all. I pay 600 dollars per night during Chicago marathon. You don't expect this level uncomfort when you pay that much per night

Convenient and comfortable but over priced
Pros:

Great location - comfortable large bed

Cons:

Poor value for money - hotel was okay, just not worth the price point. A lot of outside noise from the street and looked quite tired in the room and common areas. Restaurant was nice but a pain to get served. Appreciate it’s an external restaurant but queues could be long and no quick alternative for hotel guests, so you just had to wait.

Overall a great stay, a wonderful hotel and I will be back to visit.
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean and had a great view. The location of the hotel was great and within walking distant to local bars and restaurants.

Cons:

We requested an extra bottle of water that was never delivered to our room. And we paid for a late check out but we never received the new keys so we were locked out of our rooms temporarily until they activated the new room keys.

Very enjoyable hotel experience with a great staff and peaceful ambiance.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly, the lobby smelt very clean, the layout of the two bedroom is very simple and elegant and beds are very comfortable. This is my second time here.

Cons:

The valet is a little pricey but worth it since there is no parking anywhere else.

Don't Stay Here just because of the Brand Name!

The room was tiny and crowded. The coffee supplies were terrible. The view looked directly into other rooms so we had to keep the drapes closed.
