Best stay in Vienna.
Pros:

Hotel Sans Souci Wien was fabulous! All the staff was dedicated to make our experience flawless. Especially Marco took his time to learn about our preference and know us. Room service was timely and accurate. Restaurant Verenda, right at the hotel, provided exceptional meals, par with some of the best restaurants in Vienna. The spa and sauna were just perfect!

Pros:

Hôtel parfait : très bien rénové, bien situé, propre, les chambres sont spacieuses, et très calmes. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec des produits frais. Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer Daniel qui parlait français et qui a été d’une gentillesse incroyable. C’est un sans faute pour cet hôtel.

Perfectly situated
Pros:

The Sans Souci is in the perfect spot to enjoy Vienna. Situated within walking distance to the main centre and surrounded by great museums. Although on a busy road once inside it’s all calm and warmth. Great rooms, excellent restaurant and exemplary staff. We have been back twice within a month and will go again.

Quiet luxury, excellent staff, complimentary coffee drinks
Pros:

This place is the definition of quiet luxury. It was away from the heavy tourist areas, walkable to most sites. 10 minutes to the Hofburg, 40 minutes to the Belvedere museum. I do enjoy walking though. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean, spacious and beautiful. It seemed like an apartment with floor to ceiling windows, a huge bathroom, a mirror which also functioned as a TV. The room and bathroom had loads of natural light. The design was very sleek and modern, yet had nice traditional touches. The breakfast is great, with a made to order menu included. One of my favorite things was the complimentary room service coffee and bottled natural spring water. You have as many cappuccinos or Viennese mélanges delivered to your room between 7AM to 10PM. Another plus is the gym. It had treadmills, bikes, a Technogym pulley machine, and my favorite, a rowing machine. I appreciated the dimmer lighting. It just needs a water dispenser.

Cons:

The only odd thing was the door to the room. I am used to heavy hotel doors closing and locking by themselves. You had to make sure you physically closed the door.

Above and beyond in every way!
Pros:

My review is long overdue after our wonderful stay at Hotel Sans Souci Vienna during the first week of March, but I couldn't let more time pass without recognizing the incredible team who made our trip so memorable.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. We happened to be celebrating both of our birthdays (on different days), and Marcel in the Brasserie surprised each of us with a beautiful birthday cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our celebrations even more special.

I also want to give special thanks to Jakob, Lisa, Marcel, and David. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made all the difference. Unfortunately, I became quite sick on our very first day, which was both unexpected and embarrassing. Rather than making me feel uncomfortable, the team treated me with such compassion and care. They made me feel completely welcome, never embarrassed, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Their kindness turned what could have been a terrible start to our vacation into something much more manageable, and I'll always remember how well they looked after me.

The service throughout our stay was simply outstanding, and it's clear that everyone at Hotel Sans Souci truly cares about their guests. We left feeling not only well looked after but genuinely appreciated.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit to Vienna, and I can't say enough wonderful things about the people who made our stay so special. Thank you again to Jakob, Lisa, Marcel, David, and the entire team for an unforgettable experience.

Luxury boutique hotel with exceptional service
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel, located very close to the Museum Quartier. Old town can be easily reached by Metro in 5 minutes. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a small grocery store, handy for picking up snacks.

We stayed in the extended room with a large terrace, bathroom was spacious.

The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurant staff were equally friendly and efficient. Lots of choices for the buffet breakfast and eggs cooked to order. And of course the coffee!

The pool is a lap pool and kept on the cool side, which I liked. The spa has meditation loungers for relaxing after a sauna and steam room.

Highly recommended for a stay in Vienna.

עיצוב נהדר, חדר מרווח ונוח, צוות מקסים שיוצא מגדרו כדי לעזור ולתת שירות, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת (עם אפשרויות שאין בד"כ במלונות), ומיקום נהדר בשכונה נעימה וכיפית, ממש במרכז.
המון פינוקים שאין בד"כ בעיר כמו בריכה מקורה או תפריט כריות.
התקשינו לעזוב.
