The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed,

I especially appreciated the sense of discretion and the calm ambiance — it makes you feel comfortable immediately.
Places like this are remembered not only for the cuisine, but for the feeling you leave with.

Elegant boutique hotel, the staff is very professional and welcoming. We booked direct and they were so helpful and accommodating, they met all of our requests and more. Location was absolutely ideal, right around the corner from the museums and landmarks. City centre with all the cafes and shops is only 10/15mns walk. Spacious and very comfortable junior suite. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience with couples friends at Hotel Sans Souci. What a friendly team, in the lobby, in the restaurant and even when I lost my way getting to the gym! The artwork throughout the hotel is breathtaking and the rooms are intentionally designed, beautiful and functional. The perfect spot for a central Vienna event or tour. Thank you to the restaurant team for knowing in advance that I’d need a Diet Coke with ice at breakfast, it always means a lot when a team remembers your preferences!

We stayed at the hotel with my husband and 2 kids to celebrate our birthdays. We had absolutely fantastic time! The hotel is brilliantly located with walking distance to all the museums, palaces, restaurants. There’s also a Michelin restaurant in the hotel where breakfast is served daily. Breakfast is perfect even for my picky eaters kids and husband. Lots of fresh fruit, farmer eggs any style, perfect veal sausages. Very healthy and diverse.
The hotel is a combination of heartily personnel, immaculate cleanliness and interior decorated with impeccable taste . The hotel is filled with designer items and natural materials: Roy Lichtenstein works, designer lamps, chandeliers, marble, wood. Staying in the hotel is perceived as a natural continuation of Viena’s palaces’ exposition
We’ll definitely come back and stay at the same suite.

Wonderful hotel in every respect. We just couldn’t fault it! Friendly informative service from everyone, superb breakfasts, complimentary Champagne with first breakfast. The bedroom was incredibly clean, comfortable and very spacious. We can thoroughly recommend.

This was my second stay at the Sans Souci. My partner and I loved it. Special shoutout to Daniel (doorman/bellman). He was there to greet us upon arrival and at departure. He was always professional and warm. He always remembered our names and greeted us in passing during the stay. The location is great, and it's within nice walking distance from most of the places we wanted to go. It will always be my go-to hotel in Vienna.

What an amazing hotel! Everything was perfect, the rooms, restaurant and the staff. Every little detail has been considered to make the experience so wonderful. A lovely surprise for my wife too, the staff brought her a cake on her birthday. Also, centrally located so we walked everywhere!

Actually the service was flawless . Amenities are excellent and quickly you feel yourself as if you were in a family inn . Restaurant at dinner and breakfast is at expectations . Excellent choice of foods and wine

We were delighted with our 4 night stay in a snowy Vienna winter. Had a lovely room, staff were really friendly and helpful and the location is great - close to pubic transport and in the midst of the arts and museums hub. Brekkie was excellent and we had one dinner in the restaurant - trad Viennese but with a modern twist.

The only shadow on all this is we booked with Booking.com and a breach very nearly resulted in a major scam. I’m pretty alert for possible scams but they had so much data I almost got fooled. Nonetheless, I’ve had to cancel and renew all my credit cards. Booking.com made the hotel front all the apologies when in fact Booking allowed a breach. I’ve written to them but have had no reply, much less an apology. Poor performance from Booking; hotel was unimpeachable.

Totally awesome experience. The best 5-star hotel we have stayed in and we have stayed in many. The accommodations, the staff, the "library", the food, the breakfast were all exceptional. The staff was incredible. All of the staff were efficient, friendly, professional and helpful. The room was well-decorated, had everything and was well thought out. We definitely plan to stay in this hotel when we are in Vienna.

Full marks, from beginning to end. The friendly reception at the start, the chocolate cake surprise (It was my birthday, I did not tell them. They must have seen it in my passport). Complimentory Champagne upon arrival. The room was very modern, clean, lovely bathroom and reception area for snowy shoes.
