My wife and I had a wonderful three night stay here at the end of April. The hotel is ideally situated for many of the main attractions in the city and there are a number of good bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. All the staff we encountered were polite, friendly and professional with a special mention going to Lisa at reception and Daniel, both of whom went out of their way to make us feel extremely welcome. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice and again the staff serving were excellent, with nothing too much trouble. In all, a fantastic experience that we shall remember for a long time. Highly Recommend.

1. 飯店漂亮提供服務很好，前台人員不僅給予房型升級且提早讓我們入住，房間非常漂亮，提前要求的嬰幼兒用品也準備齊全，還贈送我們小孩畫畫的色筆及著色簿，禮賓人員不僅協助行李搬運，且詳細介紹相關飯店設施。
2. 前台人員細心為我們說明附近景點，更貼心的手寫下地鐵站名（非常有幫助）；不巧遇到Labor day商店及藥局都沒有開，前台人員為我們尋找可能可以購買嬰兒用品的藥局（非常感謝）。
3.飯店地點超好，附近就是Volkstheater地鐵站出入口，霍夫堡 Hofburg等主要景點都是走路就可到達。
4.早餐豐盛，茶和咖啡選擇多元，提供的嬰兒餐椅非常好。
5.咖啡免費無限供應，客房服務可以送至房間。
6.贈送的巧克力禮盒及室內拖鞋都非常有質感，退房時還贈送薄荷糖。
7.SPA水療及桑拿很可惜沒時間享受。

Bei diesem Hotel hat alles für uns gestimmt. Schon beim Betreten hat man das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein. Das Personal ist sehr nett und immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, jedoch niemals aufdringlich. Das Frühstück ist lecker und vielfältig. Die Sauberkeit im Hotel ist absolut perfekt. Super schön ist auch der herrliche Wellness-Bereich und der tolle Indoor-Pool, den ich jeden Morgen vor dem Frühstück schon nutzen konnte (geöffnet ab 07.00 Uhr morgens bis spät am Abend; Sauna ab 10.00 Uhr morgens). Direkt vor dem Haus Haltestellen, um überall hin in der herrlichen Stadt Wien zu gelangen. Wir haben das allerdings nur einmal genutzt, um nach Schönbrunn zu kommen. Alles andere war fußläufig für uns erreichbar, da das Hotel sehr zentral liegt. In unmittelbarer Nähe viele Restaurants und auch ein sehr schöner Irish Pub (Sheebeen) ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (bei Fußball unbedingt vorher Tisch reservieren).
Auch zu erwähnen, ist die gemütliche Hotelbar, bei der man den Tag mit einem schönen Cocktail oder kühlem Bier ausklingen lassen konnte.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof (Zimmer 324), dort war absolute Stille und wir haben in dem herrlichen Doppelbett traumhaft geschlafen.
Wir bedanken uns noch einmal auf diesem Weg für die herrlichen Tage bei dem gesamten Hotel-Team. Wir haben hier eine aussergewöhnlich schöne Zeit verbracht. Wahrscheinlich wurde sogar das tolle Wetter für uns bestellt :)

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sans Souci Wien. My mom and I truly enjoyed every part of our visit. The location is fantastic—within easy walking distance to museums, cafés, and great restaurants, which made exploring Vienna so convenient.

The hotel itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a luxury room, which made our stay feel even more special. The amenities were a highlight—especially the sauna and the stunning pool, which were perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

Breakfast each morning was delicious with a great variety, and the staff consistently went above and beyond. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

Absolutely one of the BEST hotels I've stayed in. Period. Before my experience at the Sans Souci Wien, I would rate my best experience at a hotel the Corinthian in London. However, after our recent stay in Vienna, this has moved to the top of the list. The staff from check-in to check-out was incredibly warm and helpful. Morning coffee service in your room?!? My wife was in heaven. From modern amenities such as actual, working, device-casting to the T.V., modern bidet toilet, built in 110v power for us U.S. travelers, the AMAZING breakfast service, the location, actual INFORMED and ACCURATE restaurant recommendations, etc. etc. I honestly can't say enough good things. Thank you for making our time in Vienna amazing.

The breakfast was great with lots of choice. Fantastic staff and concierge team gave us so much help before and during our trip to organise tickets, a wheelchair and to assist in dealing with an illness.

The Sans Souci might be the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was beautiful. The bathroom was spectacular and the bathroom floors seemed to be heated! I would definitely go back.

A hotel with an attractive interior - art work on the walls, fresh flowers in Reception - and a pleasant breakfast room looking out over the busy street and catching the morning sun.
Our room was spacious and modern; the white bed linen was impeccable and the bathroom pleasingly roomy and well-appointed. Above all, the room was spotlessly clean.
The reception staff were respectfully friendly, doing their job with proficiency and efficiency and knowledgably, and speaking English impressively. They added a good deal to our stay.
Breakfasts were excellent, with a variety of fresh produce and an array of carefully prepared foods on offer; the waiting staff were attentive and quietly cheerful.
The hotel is situated within walking distance (past the Volksgarten with its many and fragrant lilac trees during our visit in the third week of April) of the Hofburg Palace, Spanish Riding School the museum holding the Habsburg Crown Jewels - all of which are grouped together; there is also a metro station within steps of the hotel door.
