Arreglar terraza.
Pros:

Muy bien. Mi única crítica es que deberían arreglar la terraza ponerle plantas grandes y unas sillas y mesas sería muy atractivo para los huéspedes y le daría belleza a la fachada del hotel

I can't say enough about this hotel.
Spotless clean, friendly staff even with language barrier, and walking distance to just about everything!
I will stay here again!

It is located Central and on a walking only street
Pros:

The hotel only received one of our two room reservations from Expedia. The staff were friendly and professional. Those always clean but unfortunately sound travel throughout the whole place.

Excellent staff
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and pleasant. They went out of there way to help me especially my Spanish being limited and there no ability with English. We had fun communicating. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying again.

Pleasant hotel
Pros:

The hotel is in a decent location in Armenia on a pedestrian street. While the street was noisy, I stayed during a weekend, my room was quiet. I liked that there was a fan in my room. The hotel is within a short walk to buses which I found very convenient. The staff were very accommodating and the breakfast was delicious.

Pros:

Great location. Breakfast is good although thought it was included in the price but in fact it was not. The toilet is not that good and don't try to put any paper in. The staff was friendly and tried to help as much as possible. The room was big, the only problem is that the noise goes through the walls very easily. We were on the ground floor and we could hear every one entering the hotel. In the morning we could also hear someone brushing their teeth and it was quite disgusting. Maybe room in the upper floors are better.

The Hotel was tiny, a lot smaller than the photos indicate, the room was very small, bed small, and I could barely fit into the bathroom. So just be prepared for that, the hotel is locked in the evenings, so this is an indication of the surrounding areas. I think when the Sun goes down they lock the doors, so you have to ring a bell to get in.The staff is very nice and helpful, breakfast is included. When I arrived the reservation was bad, so had to go through that and no one speaks English. Central location not totally safe though, good place to stay be careful at night
