Over all my stay was comfortable
Pros:

The room seems unique with a shower tower in the middle of the room. Best like the location with a lot of green, spaceousness

Cons:

They should deploy a proper water dispenser to fill the water (centralized) in the hotel ( Applicable for all EU)

Le parking (payant) est pratique.

Cons:

Hygiène des chambres déplorable et aucun équipements dans la chambre, sont absents : sèche serviette, sèche cheveux, gel douche, mini bar, bouteille d’eau…
Petit bonus pour les femmes de ménages qui ne font pas le ménage et ne refont même pas les lits !!! Car oui vous aurez 2 lits une place collés (attention à ne pas tomber dans le trou car ils ne sont pas fixés)

Top Hotel - top Ausgangspunkt für Amsterdamm-Trip
Pros:

Tolles Hotel! Preis-Leistung gut. Geräumige, saubere Zimmer. "Highlight" ist natürlich die freistehende Dusche. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, sehr gutes Angebot an Brötchen, Wurst, Käse, Obst, Cerealien bis hin zu Pancakes.
Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen für einen Besuch der Johann-Cruyff-Arena, kurzer Fußweg und 2 Stationen mit der Metro.
Parkplatz am Hotel top-was will man mehr!

Cons:

Das einzige was "fehlt" ist eine Minibar/ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Ich möchte mich für die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption bedanken. Sie waren mir so hilsbereit in meiner Notlage. Am 22.5 -24.5.26 gegen 19 Uhr.Nach einem Horror Erlebniss bei einer geplatzten Buchung.War der Mitarbeiter (Name unbekamnt) mir so behilflich.
Über einen solchen Mitarbeiter würde sich jede Firma freuen.

Pros:

beds super comfy. staff were extremely friendly. the bar was amazing for food. we went there on our first night and it was the best bite we had our whole trip.a great hotel to stay at if you have a concert or football match.

Cons:

shower in middle of the bedroom took up unneccessary space. it was also directly in front of the window, so it felt like an invasion of privacy, had to shower and get ready in dark. 18th floor restuarant hugely overpriced for lack of variety on menu

Le manque de professionnalisme du personnel qui se permet d'imposer un prix pour le petit déjeuner alors que ce n'était pas écrit lors de la réservation.
Après maintes discussions, on m'annonce qu'on va me rembourser 1 petit déjeuner et qd je leur dis d'utiliser le numéro de compte avec lequel j'ai payé alors je n'ai plus de nouvelles, pas de remboursement !

Personeel. Eerst een kwartier zitten wacht in het restaurant. Naar de keuken gelopen en hoorde dat het al dicht was. De receptie had me daar naar toe gestuurd, vervolgens een verdieping lager in de bar weer een kwartiertje wachten op personeel.
