Fijn hotel op goede lokatie
Pros:

De locatie, de archtectuur buiten én binnen. Goed bed, goed ontbijt én restaurant. Geweldig aardig en behulpzaam personeel.
Geinig, de ronde transparante douche middenin de kamer.

Cons:

3x in verschillende kamers overnacht. Rond de wastafel - in de kamer - 3x niet schoon...
Let op: aan de westkant met zonnig weer akelig warme, benauwde kamer. Niet per kamer in te regelen.

Utile ! Garde de bagages avant de prendre la chambre . Tranquille pour le bruit . Restaurant sympathique .

Overall, it was nice. If i will ever be again in Amsterdam, i might book this hotel again
Pros:

design is very attractive

Cons:

the view from the window ate covered with some glass or plastic idk, that covers a lot of view. i could not find a pair of slippers. The location is quite far from a town, and you have to walk for 20 minutes to get to metro

Great stay!
Pros:

Really lovely hotel, looks gorgeous on the outside. Staff are really helpful and kind. Rooms are awesome with a different take on the shower…! View from the room was fantastic. Only issue were the beds, a double bed was two singles pushed together but with two single duvets… very odd! Top floor restaurant and lounge was ameeskme with the views. Menu a bit limited though.

Prima hotel, geen grote luxe. Wel bijzondere ervaring

Pros:

Mooi design hotel, ruime kamers met alle faciliteiten, ingenieus ontworpen. Mooie ontbijtruimte met prachtig uitzicht, +- 15 minuten wandeling naar de metro van waaruit het centrum en ander wijken rond Amsterdam vlot te bereiken zijn. Wagen kan bij het hotel geparkeerd worden.

Poor service. Poor stay. Poor attention to customer needs

I liked the location for what and where I was doing and visiting

Cons:

Customer service was poor. Very rigid to change my room from 2 single beds to one double bed. I booked to check in early, the hotel did not even respond to that request. Had to pay extra to get a double bed, the room was piping hot. Went to reception to complain, again they just said " use the fan the air-conditioning is centrally controlled, there is nothing we can do"

Acolhedora, confortável e espectacular.
Pros:

Eu estava a viver um período difícil, com a minha esposa a ser internada no hospital que fica perto do hotel.
Fui atendido com toda a compreensão pela equipa e responsável do hotel, recebendo todo o apoio para a estadia, cujo período era incerto, à partida.
Também da cozinha, pois já cheguei fora de horas, mas foi arranjada uma excelente refeição.
Apesar das circunstâncias que estava a viver, admirei a arquitectura do edifício, a decoração, a vista. Impressionou-me muito e recomendo.
