High standard Hotel, place to be!
Pros:

The hotel is close to the church and all main events; everything is walking distance. The breakfast is great, so many choices, fresh fruits, pancakes, so many choices, like in luxury hotel. The best is spa! We went for the massage; the medical massage was the best experience I have ever had in regard to massage. It helped me with my back! We stayed there already twice and will visit next year again!

Location was walking distance to the church facilities were great

Cons:

They didn't have a restaurant for regular guests, only groups we asked if we could get a meal they were happy to get a meal we were treated like royals. Coffee and tea facilities would have been good.

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Top Lage in Medjugorie, sehr modern und sauber. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich und umfangreich eingerichtet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - besonders auch bei Fragen rund um den Pilgerort! Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Medjugorje est un très beau sanctuaire marial.
Pros:

Très bonne qualité du petit déjeuner. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien. Le confort de la literie est également au rendez-vous. Le parking de l'hôtel est un plus. Le personnel est accueillant et agréable.

Cons:

Tout était presque parfait. C'est un détail mais la quantité et la qualité du gel douche et du shampooing pourraient être améliorées pour rejoindre les standards d'hôtels de catégorie comparable.
