Wunderschön.
Pros:

Zimmerausstattung, Sauberkeit, Ausblick, sehr gutes Service, Frühstücksangebot (ausg Kaffee), großer Parkplatz, Parkgarage, Hotelbar und Lobby, Frühstücksraum sehr hell mit vielen Fenstern,

Cons:

Kaffee beim Frühstücksbuffet und kalter Frühstücksraum mit schlechter Akustik; das wird uns aber nicht davon abhalten, wieder in diesem Hotel zu buchen; das Niveau ist in diesem Hotel wirklich sehr hoch.

The hotel was nearly perfect in every way- staff, cleanliness, location, etc. It’s beautiful. My big disappointment was that I was not allowed to eat dinner there. My first night I went to dinner about 7:50 pm and it was too late. I accepted that even though I think I had been told dinner was until 8. But that’s ok. The next night I went into the empty dining room about 7pm and was told they were full! Then it was explained there was a group of pilgrims coming and only enough food for them. Just for the record. I was there on pilgrimage but traveling alone. I went to the chapel later and saw some people in the dining hall but it was maybe 1/4 full. Ne er was I told that you had to be with a group in order to be served there. Both nights I walked back near the church for dinner in spite of the fact that I had just walked back to the hotel from the church area to get dinner at the hotel!!! Very disappointing and regretful, but this is unfortunately what my feeling is toward what could have been a perfect experience. I’m only one person so maybe you do t care. But what happened to the ministry of hospitality?
