Pros:

The hotel was beautiful, clean and quiet, the staff was helpful and friendly, the pool and the gym area were great! The breakfast was exceptional! We would love to stay here again.

Cons:

This property charges $75/night for incidentals!!! That’s right it cost me an extra $225 to stay here and I still haven’t gotten that deposit back! I will never stay here again!

Extremly dissppointmnet and furustrated.. feel so sorry fir every penny I paid fir such a bad stay.

Could not sleep
The reception did not treat my issue in a profession way despite our 4 complaints
Nobody cared
We left the room in order to get rid of the noises and camo back at the midnight

Pros:

Check-in was smooth, and the staff were professional, attentive, and quick to help with anything we needed.
The room was spotless, comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, and everything in the room felt high quality and well maintained. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and upscale.
The location is also a big plus. It’s convenient for getting around. Overall, it delivered exactly what you expect from a hotel, excellent service, comfort, and a refined experience.
I do absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants a reliable luxury stay in the area.

The manager was very helpful and kind. We really appreciated him.

Cons:

Eggs, meats tasted like real food. Some IHG hotels must skimp on good ingredients. Very well attended and clean!

The breakfast bar was superb. The room was very clean.
Loved the ladies at the sign-in desk. They tried very hard to help us.
You gotta remember if you book through another company they cannot make any changes to your reservation at the hotel. You have to contact your company you booked through to make changes. Anyways this is what I was told.

Cons:

The only disappointment was the location of the room. À handicap room should never be located on second floor more then halfway down the hall. Our room number was 209 it started at 221 by the elevator to give you a feel as to how far it was for a person that has a handicap to walk. We could not have stayed in that room if they had not furnished us a wheelchair that I ask to see if they had.
The only thing that would be considered handicap accessible was the bars in the bathtub with no safety mat or finish in the floor of the tub besides most people that are handicap cannot stand in a shower. There was no shower seat either. Needless to say she could not shower.
We will be back in March and will try this facility again. I was advised how to help insure we get a handicap room with a walkin shower close to the entrance.
