Pros:

Attention photos trompeuses. "All inclusive" pas bienvenu et très restrictif. Certains restaurants ne sont accessibles qu'à certains horaires et uniquement pour consommer les rares boissons autorisées (sodas chimiques, alcool douteux, ouzo, raki et bière) et l'on vous parque dans un coin pas face à la mer. Pour manger il faut payer, pour s'installer à la plage aussi. Transat 25€/jour/personne. Le groupement d'hôtel compte 7 piscines (chacun la sienne) mais toutes de trop petite taille (10m X 5m au max) et très sales avec la crème solaire qui flotte car nettoyées une fois par semaine seulement. Gobelets, cendriers, serviettes trainent aussi près des transats des jours durant. Chambre et literie correcte mais ménage non fait pendant 3 jours malgré nos plaintes. Wifi de faible débit. Personnel de service désagréable et qui soupire quand on leur demande de nettoyer une table au contraire des personnes de la réception très souriantes et serviables. Buffet correct mais sans saveur ni produit locaux.

Very welcoming on arrival. ‘Charris’ was very helpful with his tour of the hotel and facilities and throughout our stay.

Air con was much needed as the weather was so good.

Food was great. Lots of choice and nearby restaurants and bars linked to the hotel were very good also.

Wir waren mit 5 Freundinnen im Hotel für 1 Woche vom 02.10.-09.10.23. Gebucht haben wir 2 Suiten, sie waren super gelegen. Von einer konnten wir genau auf den Pool schauen und abends dem treiben lauschen. Ruhig ist es nicht aber das wollten wir auch nicht. In dem einem Zimmer fehlte die Glastür an der Badewanne zum duschen, war leider defekt und konnte nicht ersetzt werden, so stand regelmäßig das Bad unter Wasser bzw. Schaum. Auch die Kaffeemaschine war defekt, wurde aber sofort getauscht. Die Zimmer wurden leider 3 mal vergessen sauber zu machen bzw. Handtücher zu wechseln aber nachdem wir auch das angesprochen haben war alles ok. Die AI Getränke waren nicht gut, dafür aber Wein und Bier. Wir konnten leider nicht einen Tag am Pool liegen da immer die Handtücher zur Reservierung bereit lagen. Selbst morgens um 06:30 Uhr schon… Das ist mehr als traurig aber das liegt eher an den Gästen. Leider war auch Saison bedingt der Roof top Pool geschlossen obwohl das Wetter sehr gut und das Hotel voll war…
Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, das WLAN ist stabil.
