It filled my need of a place to stay.
Pros:

The second morning of our stay the selections at breakfast were not as complete as they weee the first morning.

Cons:

There were several broken tiles in each of the elevators and broken light fixtures in the lobby that had been glued back together. Didn’t present a high class facility.

Pros:

Bedroom separate from front room and kitchen. Like how it was sliding doors. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Trying to figure out you have to push a button on the wall to get outlets to work. Other hotels have a $30 incidental, it was $50 there. They will tell you the money is released when you check out, but know it is going to take a few days to get it. Went to the lobby to get a snack in the middle of the night.. no one anywhere. Waited at the front desk, walked around, but no staff in site to assist.

Bad start, but great otherwise
Pros:

The place was nice, and the people were OK, but the problems I had were with the interactions between Booking.com and Embassy Suites. They tried to charge me not only again for the room but also nearly double what I already paid. This wasn't awesome to deal with as I had just got off the road and was late. They got it worked out after blaming booking.com as much as possible and a good bit of time to do it in, and after that, everything else was good.

Cons:

Having to deal with the lengthy process of them figuring out whether or not I already paid and needing to get to my room to decompress and sleep. Again, everything else was good, though, I just wish this didn't have to happen. In this case, the blame game doesn't help either, I don't see how it matters because there isn't any way to know who whether Booking.com or Embassy Suites was responsible for this mess, just do better so this doesn't happen to people.

Will book here from now on when we travel the Salt Lake City!
Pros:

This was the most beautiful hotel i have ever stayed at! The fresh tropical aroma threw out the entire hotel was absolutely divine! The Room as so spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!

Classy hotel in suburbia!
Pros:

Classy place with great staff. Great breakfast with terrific omelets and baked goods. Great rooms too!

Cons:

The fish and chips in the restaurant were disappointing.
