It's a beautiful place, just to enjoy Chicago. The best thing was to know that you can store your luggage before check in and after check out so that you can continue to enjoy Chicago without having to carry your bags since your flight leaves later.

The hotel was within walking distance to many attractions. The room was very good and it has a guest laundry which was convenient. Breakfast was included.
The valet and reception staff were very helpful and kind. They made the process easy. We were able to immediately check in. Our room was spacious, clean and updated. The location put us within a 10-20 minute walk from everything we wanted to do. They had the best breakfast buffet for any hotel I’ve been to and I loved the aesthetics of Ema.
Great staff, convenient to local attractions, very clean. The only negative was the breakfast. There were not enough options. The options available were lacking flavor.
