Really enjoyed our stay-super comfortable close to everything in an AMAZING CITY - we'll be back.

location, room, receptionists in the evenings were fantastic - a credit to their company. Breakfast staff all fantastic and friendly, views great and its a cool metro vibe without trying it on,

Cons:

Breakfast staff were fantastic and very easy to deal with.- however, the breakfast itself needs an overhaul - powdered eggs -how about go fresh fruit and made to order omelets or eggs over easy. But breakfast staff were fantastic and helpful, everything super clean and tidy and coffee pretty good (we dont usually like US coffee).

Highly recommended - great stay!
Pros:

We had a fantastic experience! The location is a few blocks from Michigan Ave and a quick Uber/taxi to other surrounding neighborhoods. Check-in was very fast and the front desk staff were so friendly! Our room was spotless and the bed was comfy. There were plenty of towels. I did not hear any noise from surrounding rooms which is a HUGE plus. We slept well and even though the hotel was busy during our stay, we did not notice any noise while in our room day or night. The breakfast was good - pancakes, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, toast and beverages. Valet checkout was fast and friendly.

Noisy and old
Pros:

The hotel is extremely loud and somewhat unsafe. Besides the extremely loud noise coming from outside, quests on our floor came back to their room in the early morning hours telling. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet stay. Also, the hotel is connected to the Marriott Fairfield so guests have access to the Hyatt Place and vice versa. However, Fairfield hotel doesn’t require to use your key to operate the elevator.

Fun stay at the Hyatt for my daughters birthday!
Pros:

Great experience! Staff were all super friendly and helpful .they have a really good restaurant, Ema, on-site gpod food and ambience. They decorated the room for my daughter's birthday! Wish we could have stayed longer but we will definitely stay here again.
