Had to skip breakfast
Central location, great breakfast, Ema is delicious and all the staff seemed to go above and beyond; always a smile and asking what they can do for me!
It was further than I thought from River; I’m not used to all the walking but it was good for me. No complaints about the property.
Beautiful

Our stay was brief but lovely. The area was full of things close by to do. The breakfast was amazing considering it was included. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Specifically they helped us check in early as we had an early flight. They allowed for us to leave our bags after check out. The room was spacious and clean.
The hotel was OK. A very standard old room with a terrible view. Breakfast was better than Holiday Inn, It’s not bad but it’s the same every day. Location is very convenient, Short walk to a lot of place. Bus and train station also close. In conclusion, It is a safe stay. Nothing too bad nothing too good, If you’re just wanna a warm and clean place to stay. It still a reasonable choice.
muy buen desayuno
Very frustrated that we were unable to check-in prior to 4:00pm despite the front desk staff telling us our room was ready. I've never had a hotel refuse to allow an early check-in when the room was ready. We were definitely not the only customers waiting in the lobby to check-in and frustrated about doing so. Once the clock changed to 4:00, the front desk staff said "okay, you may check-in now". Outside of that, which certainly set the tone for the stay, I will say the evening front desk staff were extremely hospitable when we called down for a few different items.
