Un gran lugar sin exagerar.
Pros:

Muy cómodo, agradable, con lo básico, no es necesario más. En un muy punto, cerca de todo. Si eres miembro Hyatt tienes muchos beneficios y regalos.

Cons:

El desayuno fue repetitivo y no había variedad, al quinto día ya no había las bebidas y no había suministro.

Pros:

Property was great, location was perfect for where we had to go for food and attractions.

Cons:

Our a/c was not cool enough, and had to adjust the thermostat multiple times.

Customer service was excellent the room and location was amazing is literally close with everything. The free breakfast

Cons:

Make sure when you check in you have to agree right away for cleaning request. Because if you change your mind the 2nd day or 3rd day they can’t clean your room anymore. They can only remove the trash and give you fresh towels.

Great place to stay.
Pros:

The facility was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the variety was awesome.

Cons:

I wouldn't say it's a dislike, but I wish they had an airport shuttle.

The supervisor at the front desk was very friendly and had a great personality. He had dreads but I do not remember his name. Great customer service skills.

Nice rooms. But not very clean.

Cons:

Hair was all over in my bathroom. The tv did not work… kept skipping out blacking out. The valet was kind of silly.
