It was nice but could have been better .
Pros:

The staff were friendly and it was mostly clean .

Cons:

My room looked tired, it had paint falling off the ceiling in the bathroom, under the shelf the wall was very marked looked like shoe marks all down the wall . The kettle was dodgy because the lead was a bit short and the kettle was leaking . There was a constant noise that sounded like a boiler or something going all night . The light on the smoke alarm which is directly over the bed was really annoying as it was flashing . The shower door at the bottom was really grubby .

Room and receptionist great but breakfast a bit hit and miss
Pros:

Plenty of parking, reception staff very helpful. Large room, iron & ironing board provided.

Cons:

Didn’t realise I had booked an accessible room. Wet room which would have been fine if the extractor fan worked.
Went to Breakfast at 8.50, food had been out too long, bacon dry, hash browns very greasy and dry, only 3 mushrooms, and 1 dried up egg plus 1 piece of cold fried bread. Sausages and baked beans were ok. Very disappointed.

Decent place, good value for bed & breakfast

В номере старинный телевизор, запах невыносимый, сырость. Выбор в городке не большой. Не понравилось. Еда на завтрак ужасна, не вкусно всё выглядит так как будто стоит не первый день.

Bath was in a terrible state rust and jagged edges around the rim - very dangerous.
Breakfast was cold and not good value for money, would be better cooked to order as there was a lot of waste,
Paying for car park. Understand to put registration in but not to charge guests.

I would stay again it just needs a good scrub and air the rooms out and the damp to be sorted

Would definetly stay there again. Staff so friendly and committed
Pros:

All staff were exceptionally welcoming and were more than happy to support with any questions or service. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I was asleep. Pillows are so comfy. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, and all the food was tasty and warm.

Cons:

Just needs a spa and a swimming pool to be super brilliant. Maybe Sky Sports in the bar area to persuade more people to stay there, which would create an atmosphere in there, as I was the only one in there at 6.30 pm
