One Night Stay Visiting Local Attractions, great value, nice location great breakfast and very helpful staff
N/A
Staff, comfortable beds.
All the cooked breakfast options were cold.
Awesome location for what we wanted, clean , lovely staff and the breakfast was great for the hangover
Only 1 key card, my fault should of asked for 2 lol
The beds were comfortable and the nice Creme egg was a little touch to my easter stay. I had a lovely man at reception who brought up my pizza that I got delivered and he brang it up to my room. That was so kind of him. Great service.
The Breakfast I
location
Too noisy.Staff talking in corridors.People banging doors.
We liked the friendly staff and they were helpful when asked questions. It’s conveniently located for where we wanted. A nice car park and a phone call to let us know the larger lift was out of order as we were booked in an accessible room.
Complementary tray was basic and there’s not fresh coffee in the rooms. We don’t drink instant and after tasting the Starbucks (from downstairs) it tasted fishy. The breakfast coffee tasted of cardboard-ish (if that’s possible) so I think the machine might if needed cleaning because when we had the breakfast coffee on our last stay it was fantastic and I actually mentioned it in my review. I think there could be more choice with the continental breakfast or a better choice of bread etc otherwise everything else was great
It was pretty impressive all round.
Didn't get the main parking quickly enough. Was at the overflow car park
Staff were lovely and helpful, I got a call beforehand to let us know that one of the lifts were out of order which we appreciated because I’m disabled so I knew I could only use my smaller wheelchair. After asking the cleaner to replenish the complementary tray (we stayed 3 nights) and towels she did it with a smile and emptied the bin etc. reception staff were nice and the breakfast staff were efficient and friendly.
The larger lift not working and the complementary tray is quite basic. We would have liked the option of fresh coffee in our room. Although Starbucks is downstairs it closes at 10pm and after ordering one after breakfast it tasted fishy. Also the breakfast coffee tasted cardboard-ish……… whereas last time we stayed it was lovely. There wasn’t sweetener on hand, it had to be hunted for every time we needed some.
Clean and modern
Nothing
All went well which was enhanced by the ever so polite and efficient staff on every stay
Great staff. Rooms very clean and tidy. Perfect stay.
Our tv was not working in our room. So we were upgraded to a bigger room.
Also given 2 free drinks at the bar.
Paid £5 per night to park. But on our 2nd night they had a function on. When we returned from The wedding we had been too. There were no parking bays. The hotel should only let people staying at the hotel a parking bay.
Or if they have a function on' only sell bays are not already booked. If you are staying at the hotel you should have a parking space.
Nice rooms, staff helpful, lovely gardern. Good value for money
Clean, friendly, Food was ok
Great breakfast. As was room.
