The hotel was close to our party venue, and was very reasonable.
Pros:

Lots of choice for breakfast, and plenty of it. Delicious. Coffee machine was excellent. Staff were very polite and helpful.

Some easy improvements you could make.
Pros:

Rooms very comfortable and modern.

Cons:

Slightly out of town location.
Although the room had an ironing board there was no iron, the toilet brush was missing and the water pressure was low (despite being warned it was high)

We had a good stay, it was comfortable and a decent breakfast to start the next day.
Pros:

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. There was a TV, a good sized bathroom with a pretty good shower. The breakfast was really good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Basically, what you would expect of a Holiday Inn.

Cons:

There was some noise at night from people opening and closing doors, etc. We had to pay an extra £5 to park the car, which is common with this type of hotel, but surely this could be included in the room charge?

Great location and facilities, spacious and clean rooms, staff were the highlight.
Pros:

Staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a mix up in the booking (not hotel's fault) and they were really helful in sorting it out.
