Decent place, good value for bed & breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was down side as there was no much option for non pork eaters like me and my family.

Bath was in a terrible state rust and jagged edges around the rim - very dangerous.
Breakfast was cold and not good value for money, would be better cooked to order as there was a lot of waste,
Paying for car park. Understand to put registration in but not to charge guests.

I would stay again it just needs a good scrub and air the rooms out and the damp to be sorted

Pros:

All staff were exceptionally welcoming and were more than happy to support with any questions or service. As soon as my head hit the pillow, I was asleep. Pillows are so comfy. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice, and all the food was tasty and warm.

Cons:

Just needs a spa and a swimming pool to be super brilliant. Maybe Sky Sports in the bar area to persuade more people to stay there, which would create an atmosphere in there, as I was the only one in there at 6.30 pm

Great service
Pros:

Fantastic room and great customer service coupled with a great breakfast. Tidy rooms. I highly recommend. I will surely sleep there again each time that I am in Sittingbourne.

Cons:

Fee-paying car park, though it was just £5 per day

The hotel & room exceeded my expectations & I will definitely be back.
Pros:

The hotel was great, excellent parking facilities which was helpful. My room was lovely & I was very happy with it. It was spacious & comfortable. The bed was lovely & the shower was fab. I liked the wardrobe hanging facilities, baggage rest, hairdryer & fridge. It was excellent.

Cons:

There was no lunch being served so we had to go elsewhere when he had planned to have lunch in the hotel.
I was looking forward to using the hotel gym while I was there but unfortunately the treadmill was out of order which was very disappointing.
