Bed was uncomfortable - very soft and creaky, so we didn’t get a good nights rest. The place itself felt noisy - could hear everything the people in the next room were doing.

Hotel is still under recontraction. Terrace in front of your room is not private. Staff is very unprofessional and not too friendly.

The bed frame creaked a lot I was afraid it was going to break, but the bed itself was comfortable. Also the shower only had a half glass shield separating the toilet from the shower, no actual door or curtain so the water kind of got everywhere.

Otrasne postele a vankúše, na tom sa nedoslo vobec spať! Recepcia až od 8 hodiny rannej, recepčný nemali ziadnu rovnošatu nevyzeralo to vobec dobre.. lokalita by bola asi fajn ale všade sa predávalo ulice rozkopané a zastavka metra smerom do centra takisto rozkopaná takže na ďalšiu zastavku sa chodilo dosť daleko

No recomiendo a nadie este hotel. Nos dieron la habitación triple con una gotera en el techo, y nos dijeron a los pocos días, cuando volvimos a hospedarnos, que la habitación estaba bien, cuando claramente habían cubierto la gotera de mala manera. La temperatura de la habitación triple era muy baja, no pudiendo cambiarla y haciendo mucho frío en la habitación.


Además de eso, "desaparecieron" unos pendientes de oro en la habitación de mis padres, con un alto valor sentimental y económico. El hotel no nos ha dado ninguna solución, de hecho tuvieron muy malas formas, no dándonos alternativas e intentando convencernos de mala manera que en el hotel lo único que habían encontrado eran unos de bisutería, que no se parecían en nada a los que les enseñamos

En definitiva, no te recomiendo este hotel por la nefasta experiencia, habiendo muchos y mejores hoteles en la ciudad.


I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They gave us the triple room with a leak in the ceiling, and told us a few days later, when we returned to stay, that the room was fine, when clearly they had covered the leak in a bad way. The temperature in the triple room was very low and we were unable to change the temperature and the room was very cold.


On top of that, some gold earrings ‘disappeared’ from my parents' room, with a high sentimental and economic value. The hotel did not give us any solution, in fact they had very bad manners, not giving us alternatives and trying to convince us in a bad way that the only thing they had found in the hotel were some costume jewellery earrings, which were nothing like the ones we had shown them.

In short, I do not recommend this hotel because of the bad experience, as there are many better hotels in the city.
