Buen hotel en una excelente ubicación
Pros:

Camas cómodas y amplias. Personal de recepción muy amable y atento. Buen desayuno. Ubicacion excepcional, a 5 min de la plaza de armas.

Cons:

Un poco frío en la habitacion. Había un calentador pero hacía muchísimo ruido, así que lo apagamos para dormir.

Pros:

Excellent hôtel à tout point de vue.
Une chambre au calme, très propre, des lits confortables.
Une situation à proximité immédiate des sites du centre historique. À ce sujet, Arequipa mérite qu'on s'y attarde.
Un petit déjeuner buffet complet, sur la terrasse. Que c'était agréable !
Et sans oublier le personnel à l'accueil très sympathique.

Cons:

J'ai juste trouvé que la température dans la chambre était assez élevée.

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Arequipa
Pros:

Localização próxima da Plaza de Armas, vários restaurantes e lojas. Ambiente confortável, casona histórica adaptada para um hotel, pátio interno ensolarado, ambiente tranquilo, conforto da cama, bom espaço interno do quarto, atendimento dos funcionários com destaque à gentileza e simpatia da Ângela, ambiente silencioso apesar de muito central. Ainda tem um jabuti vivendo no jardim.

Cons:

Quem tem problemas de locomoção deve observar que o café da manhã é servido no terraço no 3o andar, o acesso é por escadas. Não foi um problema para mim, a vista é linda!

Excellent
Pros:

Central location. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Held our baggage while we did a colca canyon tour. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast on the rooftop.

Great stay 🐢
Pros:

Lovely terrace to sit and eat breakfast and a great location in the middle of Arequipa. I loved that they have a resident tortoise! Majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They messaged when I had left something in the room after checkout which was very considerate of them.

Cons:

The bed was quite hard, tv didn’t pick up any channels but we didn’t raise this with reception.

Pros:

Muito atenciosos, chegamos às 5h da manhã e minha amiga estava passando mal, deixaram a gente fazer o checkin antes e descansarmos no quarto. É próximo do centro de Arequipa, em uma região com vários restaurantes e segura. O chuveiro é ótimo e quentinho.

Un hotel de 10. Todo perfecto.
Pros:

Todo perfecto. Ubicación excelente, muy limpio, camas muy cómodas, desayuno muy rico. Recomendable 100%. La gente de recepción muy amable. Estuvimos 2 noches y regresamos a Arequipa tras un tour y en ningún momento pensé en coger otro hotel.

Pros:

I would like for hotels to offer guests leaving on early excursions something to eat given breakfast is included in the price.

Pros:

Great staff, very accommodating and packed us breakfast for our early morning tours.

Cons:

Floor in the room was quite dirty. Left the bottom of our feet dark when walking on it.
One early morning tour the guy on night shift would let us out until the driver arrived so we got a little panicked. Typically we wait just outside for the tour pick up.

Pros:

L’hôtel est un peu rustique mais la chambre est confortable. La douche est très bien.
Le petit déjeuner sur le rooftop est super. Le personnel est adorable ! L’hôtel est très bien situé.
