Dåligt städat, ej papper på wc. Allmänt dålig städning.
Och ingen frukost.

Det var väldigt dålig service, frukosten bestod av en bricka som serverades på rummet var av den en skulle vara till dagen efter, fanns ingen resturang som var öppen trots att det skull vara det.
Kommer inte att besöka detta hotellet fler gånger😡

Be careful if you plan to arrive after 20:00, because there is a high risk that you will not get your room. Messages via Expedia app will not be answered, the phone number shown in Expedia is not working at all, the phone number sent in the welcome message was not picking up the call. I was lucky that I arrived before 21:00 because I found a very helpful lady in the restaurant who called the owner of the hotel and helped me to get into the room and even arranged a breakfast bag. The room was spacious, the bed was soft but comfortable. Large bathroom, however some maintenance of shower would be appreciated. My room had 2 extra beds and kitchenette including a fridge. Nice view on the sea from the balcony and quite quiet surroundings (except when tram passes by). OBS! No breakfast is served on place, you will get a breakfast bag.

Väldigt trevligt hotell, ligger precis vid vattnet. Tyvärr var restaurangen stängd och det fanns ingen frukostbuffé utan färdig frukost stod i kylen.

AC ur funktion i 29 graders värme. Alldeles för mjuka sängar. Trevlig balkong i fantastiskt läge vid hamnen. Underbara promenadstråk.

Very strange set-up. People only available a few hours per day. When I arrived it was only some left over toilet paper, no tissue paper, no handsoap and the small bottles of shampoo etc was half empty. Not giving a nice impression. I got soap and more toilet paper, but no new shampoo etc. I had to ask for new towels, sometimes I got it somtimes not.

The staff was nice when I had question and service ok, but their availability was low.

I stayed 4 days in a suite, it was far from a suite standard, but room was ok. Quite worn and needs some attention.

Ingen restaurang frukost. En macka och tillbehör i kylen för en person. Vi var två. Restaurang stängdes 20:30,trots fredag och middsommaren. Var tvungen att köpa svindyra sallader med till rummet. Pris och kvalitet möts inte.

Ganska dåligt städat. Kaffe bara för en person men hur mycket socker som helst vid den spartanska frukosten. Gammalt fågelbajs på möblerna på balkongen.
Fantastisk utsikt dock.

Bra familjerum Frukosten satts in i kylskåpet kvällen innan.Vi saknade kaffet till frukosten och det varma brödet på morgonen Men allt annat fanns som yoghurt juice och färsk frukt Lugn område.

Undermålig frukost första. Dagen ingen frukost andra dagen handdushen ur funktion huvud duschen loss från väggen hissen ostädad jag fick telefonnummer att ringa som ingen svarade på vi var flera gäster som inte fick någon frukost frukosten första dagen bestod av en smörgås med ost och skinka ett plastglas med jouce ett plastglas yogart och flingor kaffe fick vi koka själva med hjälp av vattenkokare och pulverkaffe duschdraperiet var smutsigt när man duschade blev hela golvet blött vi betalade 4000 kr för två nätter 3000kr för mycket.

Overall impression of the hotel excellent. Premium cleanliness, classy room with designer furnishings. Fairly simple but made-to-order breakfast delivered to your room with vegan option also available. The surroundings are splendid. Restaurant in bottom floor at least a good four-star. Pretty much the only unpleasant surprise during our stay was terrible tasteless coffee from the room coffee machine. Recommended!

Perfekt läge med bra omgivning och bra kommunikationer.

Ni måste ha riktiga glas och muggar på rummet, det är under kritik att sånt finns inte och att det inte finns mjölk till kaffe, pappersmuggar har ingen värme skydd heller
Frukost var bra men om det står att man ska ha smörgås med ost och skinka så vill man inte ha lök eller annat i det.
Annars är det jätte bra och mysigt

Trevlig personal och väldigt bra läge med närhet till både skärgård och Stockholm city

Perfekt läge med fin utsikt. Ingen städning

Själva incheckningen gick snabbt och enkelt med trevligt mottagande. Bra med frukostbeställning och leverans till rummet.

Däremot var det rörigt inne i restaurangen. Kunde inte Svenska och det tog sjukt lång tid för maten att komma ut. Tror att vi fick vänta 2.10 innan vi hade fått varmrätterna. Men gott vin och trevligt sällskap löste det

The hotel is in a beautiful location right on

Really beautiful place, with spacious rooms and stunning views, only downside is there is no real breakfast, and WiFi does not work in rooms, not ideal for people who need to work in the comfort of their rooms! Overall nice place but the negatives drag it down!

The restaurant, which is the main reason to pick this hotel, turned out to be closed, and the hotel did not bother to notify me. The staff refused a refund. The heating in the room was broken. Staff brought a heater, but the noisy variant. Due to a small number of guests, there was limited breakfast selection. I was served a decent breakfast given circumstances, and it would have met expectations for a hotel with half the price.

Lovely hotel with a beautiful harbour location. The staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was amongst the best we had in our 16 day trip.
