Good location, comfortable and great staff.
Pros:

The room was lovely - cosy and warm with a really comfortable bed and a soft rug.
The shower was perfect and I loved the simple clean shower room
The breakfast was great. Lots of choice for everyone. The staff were really helpful especially as I could not access my banking app until the morning - even offered me a free breakfast but I was sorted and paid for it the next day.

Cons:

The black and white photos of people on the restaurant wall were dark and a bit scary. Some bright big modern art would be appreciated.
