Frukost och rum var super fina

Cons:

Receptionen, Receptionen gav tyvärr ett ovälkomnande intryck. Bemötandet kändes segt och oengagerat, vilket gjorde att man inte kände sig särskilt välkommen. Ett vänligare och mer professionellt mottagande hade gjort stor skillnad.

Angenehme Unterkunft in toller Lage
Pros:

Gepflegtes Hotel in perfekter Lage auf Djurgården. Viele Museen in der Nähe, gute ÖPNV-Anbindung durch Straßenbahn und Fähren.
Großzügiges Zimmer mit Blick nach draußen und französischem Balkon (kann explizit so gebucht werden).

Cons:

Je nach Datum sehr teuer.

A well-managed hotel with excellent guest experience
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff at the reception and service were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was well balanced, combining delicious à la carte options with a buffet.

We also appreciated the great opportunity to borrow bicycles free of charge for up to four hours, as well as the option to use the sauna in the neighbouring hotel. The location is just excellent.

As I am a General Manager of a hotel myself, I especially value well-run operations – and this property delivers a very solid guest experience.

Cons:

Little details - there were some spider webs above the entrance area near the benches, which could be easily addressed to enhance first impressions.

At the buffet, I would consider replacing the kettle setup with a samovar or continuous hot water station, as this would help avoid congestion during busy breakfast times.

From a sustainability and cost-efficiency perspective, I would also reconsider providing bathrobes and slippers, especially as there is no direct spa area in the property.

Stop looking and stay here !
Pros:

Anthony is one of the nicest and most professional staff I have ever encountered in any property. Felt like I was speaking to the owner

Cons:

Location is one of the best in Stockholm . Middle of everything, next to tram and boat dock . Walked to everything , boat to old city ( 10 minutes) tram anywhere else

Badkar på rummet och nära till Grönalund. Sköna sängar

Cons:

Fanns ingenstans att hänga av sig inne på rummet, tog ett dygn för oss att hitta handtaget till balkongen. För lite förvaringsmöjligheter. Ac:n lät otroligt mycket. Fanns heller inga krokar för handduk i badrummet. Ingen sänglampa på ena sidan sängen

Szuper, bátran ajánlom mindenkinek!

Kiváló helyen van, tömegközlekedés szempontjából is. A személyzet kedves nagyon, a szoba nagyon hangulatos, tiszta, jól felszerelt. És ha kinyitod a terasz ajtót, hallhatod az Abbát :)!
