The staff at this hotel are exceptional. Everyone we interacted with seemed to really enjoy the hotel, the city, and the culture. They're always eager to help.

Cons:

What i found odd was the way the shower water gets all over the bathroom. I took a bath the second night to avoid the issue. Turns out I didn't realize I needed to soak for an hour :)

Aamiainen oli aivan omassa luokassaan. Ehkä paras hotelliaamiainen ikinä. Listalta saattoi tilata annoksia ja sen lisäksi oli buffet-pöytä. Laadukasta ja hyvää. Ei mitään mättöä.

Cons:

Huoneessa oli aika vähän pistorasioita. Niitä kaipasin.

The hotel is lovely - stylish and well designed and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and there was a really nice selection of food available. The room was very comfortable and we slept really well on the comfy mattress. As it was the end of the winter season, it was really quiet around the hotel which was lovely after a busy day in the city. Its a great location for visiting all of the best museums and family attractions and very easy to get to and from on the trams, buses and ferries which we used a lot during our visit.

Cons:

Some extra teabags and nicer coffee in the room would have been a nice touch

Pros:

This hotel is located in same building as ABBA museum and it is very close to skanzen. It is bit far from the city centre but you can take ferry. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The breakfast was one of the best ones we have experienced. Breakfast was buffet and also served. Everything was fresh and perfect. Staff was really kind.

Cons:

The bar is in the same building and it is a bit loudly. For us the bed was too soft. The room bar was too expensive.

Otroligt rent och fräscht rum, sängen var den fräschaste sängen jag någonsin sett på ett hotell!
Mycket trevlig och uppmärksam personal - precis all personal vi stötte på sökte kontakt med oss direkt!
Supergod och mysig frukost med både buffé och a la carte (avokadomackan är helt otrolig!) Mjölkfria alternativ fanns! :)
