Städningen, tittar man under handfatet var det äckligt skitigt, golvet såg inte ut att ha varit skurat. Mattan kunde ha varit bättre dammsugen.

Pros:

Die Lage ist phantastisch. Direkt vor dem Hotel verkehrt alle paar Minuten die Tram der Linie 7, die bis zum T-Centralen und damit fast bis zum Hauptbahnhof fährt. Um die andere Hausecke rum sind es wenige Schritte bis zum Fähranleger, der einen in wenigen Minuten in die Altstadt bringt. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücksraum ist groß und einladend gestaltet. Die Auswahl am Buffet ist sehr gut. Ebenso kann man sich kleine Gerichte von einer Menükarte wählen, die das Buffet gut ergänzen. Der Kaffee hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gibt mehrere Saftangebote und verschiedene Milchprodukte, z.B. Barista für den Kaffee.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Gerne hätten wir einen Kleiderschrank gehabt. Das Bad ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war das Duschen. Das Überstrecken des Kopfes zum Abbrausen des Haares war aufgrund der Badewannenrundung schwierig, weshalb wir den Schlauch benutzt haben. Man setzt zwar erstmal das halbe Bad unter Wasser, aber selbst das war kein Problem, weil es gut abläuft. Für uns war das Einsteigen in die Badewanne kein Problem. Älteren Menschen würden wir das nicht empfehlen, weil die Acrylwanne doch eher glatt ist und ein sicherer Einstieg schwierig ist. Die Musik der Bar mag für empfindliche Menschen störend sein, besonders im Sommer. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Pros:

Väldigt bra frukost med en liten meny där man kunde välja rätter. Jättebra läge nära många sevärdheter och andra utflyktsmål. Nära till många restauranger och även till allmänna kommunikationsmedel som spårvagn, buss och båt.

Cons:

Dålig eller obefintlig sängbelysning. Om man är känslig för ljud från gatan kan spårvagnarna upplevas störande men upphör senare på kvällen/natten.

Mama Mia - Such a great place to stay and soak up what is ABBA
Pros:

Although a little pricey The location to must see attractions, ABBA, VASA, Mama Mia The Party, Viking plus more Museums all within walking distance definately compensated for this. Public transport was outside the front door to get to anything else you want to see.
Hotel staff we very helpful with anything we asked.

Fijn hotel met goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

De heerlijke ruime kamer, met een heerlijk bed.

Cons:

Misschien toch wel de mevrouw ‘s ochtends van het ABBA museum die de wachtende rij stond toe te spreken maar deed geen afbreuk aan ons verblijf.
